earth_n that_o have_v be_v miserable_o befool_v with_o the_o number_n and_o strength_n of_o man_n horse_n and_o ship_n wherein_o they_o have_v confide_v more_o than_o in_o the_o lord_n of_o host_n of_o a_o good_a thing_n evil_a covetousness_n be_v of_o earthly_a thing_n and_o it_o suppose_v a_o impotent_a and_o worldly_a mind_n and_o a_o over-high_a valuation_n of_o earthly_a thing_n it_o argue_v we_o to_o be_v lead_v by_o our_o sense_n and_o not_o by_o right_a reason_n this_o covetousness_n be_v a_o kind_n of_o spiritual_a adultery_n not_o only_o he_o that_o look_v upon_o his_o neighbour_n wife_n but_o he_o that_o look_v upon_o his_o neighbour_n house_n or_o land_n or_o good_n to_o covet_v they_o be_v guilty_a of_o worldly_a love_n and_o that_o be_v spiritual_a adultery_n a_o sin_n little_o regard_v i_o doubt_v but_o certain_o very_o dreadful_a the_o first_o unchaste_a glance_n of_o the_o eye_n towards_o any_o thing_n that_o be_v our_o neighbour_n be_v forbid_v and_o it_o become_v we_o to_o be_v offend_v at_o they_o to_o make_v haste_n to_o suppress_v they_o to_o repent_v of_o they_o but_o if_o we_o allow_v they_o to_o grow_v up_o into_o wilful_a and_o steady_a desire_n they_o be_v that_o predominant_a love_n of_o the_o world_n that_o the_o apostle_n tell_v we_o be_v so_o pernicious_a see_v what_o severe_a notice_n god_n take_v of_o this_o kind_n of_o covetousness_n how_o he_o visit_v it_o in_o eve_n who_o covet_v a_o evil_a covetousness_n to_o her_o posterity_n in_o achan_n and_o ahab_n who_o covet_v a_o evil_a covetousness_n to_o their_o own_o house_n there_o be_v no_o man_n that_o be_v overgreedy_a of_o have_v but_o will_v sometime_o desire_v to_o have_v what_o be_v none_o of_o his_o own_o if_o this_o be_v the_o stand_a maxim_n oportet_fw-la habere_fw-la we_o must_v have_v it_o will_v follow_v unde_fw-la habeat_fw-la quaerit_fw-la nemo_fw-la it_o be_v no_o matter_n how_o he_o come_v by_o it_o they_o deceive_v themselves_o
