that_o man_n repent_v and_o believe_v and_o turn_v to_o god_n and_o yield_v obedience_n unto_o the_o gospel_n if_o so_o than_o man_n must_v do_v all_o these_o thing_n before_o they_o receive_v the_o remission_n of_o sin_n yes_o then_o must_v they_o do_v they_o whilst_o they_o be_v under_o the_o law_n and_o the_o curse_n of_o it_o for_o so_o be_v all_o man_n who_o sin_n be_v not_o pardon_v this_o be_v to_o make_v obedience_n unto_o the_o law_n and_o that_o to_o be_v perform_v by_o man_n whilst_o under_o the_o curse_n of_o it_o to_o be_v the_o condition_n of_o gospel_n mercy_n which_o be_v to_o overthrow_v both_o the_o law_n and_o gospel_n but_o then_o on_o the_o other_o hand_n it_o will_v follow_v they_o say_v that_o man_n be_v pardon_v before_o they_o do_v believe_v but_o than_o it_o must_v be_v consider_v 1._o that_o the_o communication_n and_o donation_n of_o faith_n unto_o we_o be_v a_o effect_n of_o the_o same_o grace_n whereby_o our_o sin_n be_v pardon_v and_o they_o be_v both_o bestow_v on_o we_o by_o virtue_n of_o the_o same_o covenant_n 2._o that_o though_o the_o application_n of_o pardon_v mercy_n unto_o our_o soul_n be_v in_o order_n of_o nature_n consequent_a unto_o believe_v yet_o in_o time_n they_o go_v together_o 3_o that_o faith_n be_v not_o require_v unto_o the_o procure_n of_o the_o pardon_n of_o our_o sin_n but_o unto_o the_o receive_v of_o it_o §_o 3._o to_o the_o same_o purpose_n he_o also_o speak_v page_n 223._o 224._o of_o the_o same_o discourse_n the_o promise_n of_o the_o covenant_n of_o grace_n say_v he_o be_v better_o than_o those_o of_o any_o other_o covenant_n as_o for_o many_o other_o reason_n so_o especial_o because_o the_o grace_n of_o they_o prevent_v any_o condition_n or_o qualification_n on_o our_o part_n i_o do_v not_o say_v the_o covenant_n of_o grace_n be_v absolute_a without_o condition_n if_o by_o condition_n we_o intend_v the_o duty_n of_o obedience_n which_o god_n require_v of_o we_o in_o and_o by_o virtue_n of_o thâ—t_a covenant_n but_o this_o i_o say_v the_o principal_a promise_n thereof_o be_v not_o in_o the_o first_o place_n remunerative_a of_o our_o obedience_n in_o the_o covenant_n but_o efficacious_o assumptive_a of_o we_o into_o covenant_n and_o establish_v or_o confirm_v in_o the_o covenant_n the_o covenant_n of_o work_n have_v its_o promise_n but_o they_o be_v all_o remunerative_a
