how_o come_v jacob_n to_o prevail_v with_o god_n but_o by_o wrestle_n prayer_n be_v call_v fight_v it_o be_v a_o holy_a kind_n of_o violence_n thou_o can_v not_o obtain_v a_o mercy_n at_o god_n hand_n law_n as_o it_o break_v the_o heart_n of_o a_o thief_n to_o hear_v the_o sentence_n of_o the_o law_n that_o he_o must_v be_v hang_v for_o his_o robbery_n so_o it_o break_v the_o heart_n of_o the_o soul_n sensible_a to_o understand_v the_o sentence_n of_o the_o law_n thou_o shall_v not_o sin_n if_o thou_o do_v thou_o shall_v be_v damn_v if_o ever_o the_o heart_n come_v to_o be_v sensible_a of_o law_n and_o he_o must_v set_v the_o full_a power_n of_o the_o gospel_n at_o the_o back_n of_o the_o soul_n or_o else_o the_o heart_n will_v not_o break_v it_o be_v a_o pretty_a observation_n of_o aristotle_n lay_v say_v he_o a_o axe_n upon_o a_o block_n and_o a_o great_a and_o mighty_a weight_n upon_o it_o yet_o it_o will_v not_o enter_v into_o the_o block_n to_o cleave_v it_o but_o if_o you_o lift_v up_o the_o axe_n and_o fetch_v a_o full_a blow_n at_o the_o block_n than_o it_o enter_v present_o so_o if_o the_o minister_n have_v not_o skill_n to_o fetch_v a_o dead_a blow_n at_o the_o two_o staff_n say_v the_o prophet_n the_o one_o i_o call_v beauty_n the_o other_o i_o call_v band_n and_o with_o these_o i_o feed_v the_o flock_n zach._n 11._o 7._o there_o be_v the_o course_n of_o a_o true_a feeder_n of_o the_o flock_n he_o feed_v they_o with_o the_o law_n and_o the_o gospel_n he_o take_v his_o two_o staff_n and_o he_o lay_v about_o he_o till_o the_o heart_n of_o his_o hearer_n feel_v he_o and_o this_o be_v the_o way_n to_o feed_v they_o and_o to_o break_v they_o off_o from_o their_o sin_n thus_o you_o see_v the_o mean_n that_o god_n use_v to_o break_v your_o heart_n he_o heal_v the_o break_a in_o heart_n hence_o observe_v that_o christ_n justify_v and_o sanctify_v for_o that_o be_v the_o meaning_n first_o because_o god_n have_v give_v christ_n grace_n to_o practice_n for_o the_o sake_n of_o the_o break_a in_o heart_n and_o therefore_o if_o this_o be_v his_o grace_n to_o heal_v the_o brokenhearted_a certain_o he_o will_v heal_v they_o the_o spirit_n of_o the_o lord_n be_v upon_o i_o etc._n etc._n he_o have_v send_v i_o to_o heal_v the_o break_a in_o heart_n etc._n etc._n luk._n 4._o 18._o if_o he_o be_v create_v master_n of_o this_o art_n even_o for_o this_o purpose_n to_o heal_v the_o break_a in_o heart_n he_o will_v very_o heal_v they_o and_o none_o but_o they_o he_o be_v not_o like_o hosander_n and_o hypocrates_n who_o father_n appoint_v they_o both_o to_o be_v physician_n he_o appoint_v his_o son_n hypocrates_n to_o be_v a_o physician_n of_o horse_n yet_o he_o prove_v a_o physician_n for_o man_n he_o appoint_v hosander_n to_o be_v a_o physician_n for_o man_n and_o he_o prove_v a_o physician_n for_o horse_n he_o be_v not_o like_o these_o no_o no_o he_o will_v heal_v those_o who_o he_o be_v appoint_v to_o heal_v now_o god_n appoint_v he_o to_o heal_v thou_o that_o be_v break_v in_o heart_n and_o therefore_o without_o doubt_n he_o will_v do_v it_o 2._o because_o christ_n have_v undertake_v to_o do_v it_o when_o a_o skilful_a
