that_o they_o get_v will_v hardly_o provide_v bread_n for_o they_o and_o they_o other_o there_o be_v that_o can_v work_v at_o all_o and_o other_o but_o a_o very_a little_a yet_o these_o in_o many_o place_n be_v little_o regard_v or_o provide_v for_o good_a law_n we_o have_v and_o in_o this_o place_n i_o know_v there_o be_v good_a order_n and_o care_v take_v for_o the_o poor_a here_o be_v many_o mean_n for_o their_o relief_n which_o other_o want_v and_o i_o know_v there_o be_v many_o tender_a merciful_a and_o pitiful_a heart_n pity_v the_o needy_a estate_n of_o their_o brethren_n stretch_v forth_o their_o hand_n to_o their_o relief_n yet_o consider_v the_o hardness_n of_o the_o time_n and_o how_o unmerciful_a and_o hard_a heart_a some_o be_v which_o yet_o be_v of_o great_a estate_n and_o ability_n and_o consider_v also_o the_o multitude_n and_o great_a number_n of_o the_o poor_a which_o increase_v daily_o your_o care_n your_o pity_n your_o liberality_n your_o collection_n and_o alm_n public_a or_o secret_a have_v need_n be_v more_o than_o ordinary_a and_o therefore_o i_o beseech_v you_o dear_o belove_v in_o the_o bowel_n of_o christ_n as_o the_o elect_a of_o god_n put_v on_o you_o the_o bowel_n of_o mercy_n consider_v your_o own_o ability_n and_o the_o great_a necessity_n of_o so_o many_o and_o let_v it_o not_o grieve_v you_o to_o help_v and_o relieve_v they_o but_o in_o the_o six_o commandment_n so_o he_o command_v all_o care_n and_o mean_n to_o preserve_v the_o life_n of_o our_o brethren_n now_o relief_n of_o the_o needy_a be_v a_o mean_n to_o preserve_v life_n he_o that_o relieve_v not_o when_o he_o may_v and_o when_o there_o be_v great_a necessity_n offend_v against_o this_o commandment_n and_o be_v a_o murderer_n non_fw-la pavisti_fw-la occidisti_fw-la so_o many_o poor_a people_n for_o want_n of_o food_n which_o they_o shall_v have_v by_o the_o care_n of_o good_a governor_n and_o charitable_a good_a people_n many_o i_o say_v for_o want_v of_o mean_n and_o provision_n do_v decay_n pine_v and_o perish_v which_o be_v most_o shameful_a fearful_a lamentable_a and_o intolerable_a in_o a_o christian_a state_n but_o i_o nothing_o doubt_v of_o your_o care_n and_o diligence_n to_o perform_v this_o so_o worthy_a and_o necessary_a duty_n i_o know_v you_o be_v daily_o put_v in_o mind_n of_o these_o thing_n and_o therefore_o i_o will_v cease_v to_o urge_v this_o point_n any_o further_o only_o by_o the_o way_n let_v i_o give_v some_o few_o instruction_n and_o caveat_n and_o some_o comfort_n to_o the_o poor_a sort_n these_o must_v know_v that_o god_n have_v so_o ordain_v and_o appoint_v in_o his_o
providence_n that_o there_o shall_v be_v some_o poor_a as_o long_o as_o the_o world_n endure_v let_v they_o therefore_o be_v content_a with_o their_o state_n see_v god_n who_o know_v what_o be_v be_v to_o be_v giude_n and_o ringleader_n to_o other_o we_o have_v example_n before_o our_o eye_n of_o a_o religious_a queen_n come_v so_o great_a and_o long_o a_o journey_n to_o be_v resolve_v in_o the_o truth_n of_o religion_n &_o repose_v the_o great_a happiness_n in_o true_a &_o heavenly_a wisdom_n here_o also_o be_v the_o example_n of_o solomon_n a_o mirror_n of_o religion_n and_o divine_a plant_v true_a religion_n &_o to_o establish_v faithful_a teacher_n in_o their_o kingdom_n they_o must_v be_v example_n of_o religion_n and_o piety_n to_o other_o they_o must_v guide_v their_o who_o be_v more_o careful_a and_o painful_a than_o the_o husband_n man_n let_v therefore_o magistrate_n be_v humble_v in_o consideration_n of_o the_o virtue_n and_o duty_n of_o their_o great_a call_n
