unworthy_a and_o unprofitable_a to_o all_o purpose_n which_o be_v set_v down_o for_o the_o most_o perfect_a degree_n of_o humility_n this_o be_v that_o distrust_n of_o a_o man_n self_n and_o that_o experience_n thereof_o that_o we_o seem_v to_o stand_v in_o more_o need_n of_o be_v animate_v and_o encourage_v to_o the_o end_n that_o we_o be_v not_o deject_v and_o dismay_v consider_v ourselves_o to_o be_v so_o full_a of_o imperfection_n and_o fault_n then_o to_o be_v exhort_v to_o the_o consideration_n thereof_o and_o this_o be_v so_o very_o true_a that_o holy_a writer_n and_o instructor_n of_o man_n in_o the_o way_n of_o holiness_n teach_v we_o that_o we_o must_v dig_v and_o sound_v into_o the_o knowledge_n of_o our_o misery_n and_o frailty_n in_o such_o sort_n as_o we_o stop_v not_o there_o for_o fear_v lest_o the_o soul_n shall_v sink_v down_o by_o distrust_n into_o despair_n in_o regard_n we_o see_v so_o great_a misery_n in_o ourselves_o and_o so_o great_a inconstancy_n in_o our_o good_a purpose_n but_o that_o we_o must_v then_o pass_v on_o towards_o the_o knowledge_n of_o the_o goodness_n of_o god_n and_o place_v our_o whole_a confidence_n in_o he_o that_o so_o the_o
