i_o say_v that_o be_v possess_v with_o such_o fear_n let_v they_o look_v to_o it_o for_o of_o all_o other_o stroke_v the_o pestilence_n be_v likely_a to_o fall_v upon_o they_o if_o it_o be_v a_o sword_n in_o the_o hand_n of_o the_o pope_n or_o of_o satan_n than_o it_o stand_v they_o upon_o to_o beware_v of_o god_n ordinance_n but_o see_v none_o but_o atheist_n will_v deny_v but_o it_o be_v order_v by_o god_n overruling_a hand_n they_o take_v a_o bad_a course_n to_o escape_v his_o stroke_n for_o where_o can_v they_o hide_v themselves_o but_o he_o will_v find_v they_o out_o and_o whither_o can_v they_o flee_v from_o his_o all-seeing_a presence_n he_o can_v take_v away_o the_o infection_n where_o it_o be_v and_o bring_v it_o even_o in_o a_o moment_n where_o it_o be_v not_o and_o therefore_o go_v where_o they_o can_v they_o go_v in_o continual_a danger_n for_o where_o be_v the_o sword_n of_o god_n most_o likely_a to_o smite_v but_o where_o he_o be_v most_o displease_v our_o possession_n nor_o dwell_v in_o our_o house_n nor_o reap_v the_o fruit_n of_o our_o labour_n which_o now_o through_o god_n mercy_n be_v far_o otherwise_o and_o as_o for_o our_o estate_n so_o even_o for_o our_o life_n and_o for_o our_o soul_n the_o case_n be_v better_a with_o we_o in_o the_o time_n of_o pestilence_n then_o in_o the_o time_n of_o war_n for_o then_o all_o our_o family_n wife_n child_n servant_n and_o all_o may_v be_v barbarous_o slay_v or_o worse_o use_v before_o our_o eye_n or_o we_o before_o they_o and_o if_o not_o so_o yet_o they_o must_v be_v leave_v to_o our_o nation_n with_o his_o own_o sword_n now_o when_o this_o be_v say_v to_o be_v a_o favourable_a stroke_n we_o must_v understand_v that_o it_o be_v so_o only_o unto_o god_n child_n not_o to_o the_o wicked_a concern_v who_o departure_n out_o of_o this_o world_n it_o be_v say_v that_o hell_n follow_v death_n if_o they_o be_v not_o reconcile_v unto_o god_n but_o live_v and_o die_v in_o their_o sin_n 6.8_o revel_v 6.8_o their_o case_n be_v fearful_a and_o therefore_o be_v it_o a_o just_a hand_n of_o god_n upon_o impenitent_a sinner_n that_o they_o shall_v be_v horrible_o afraid_a of_o that_o sickness_n no_o sin_n nor_o satan_n himself_o be_v so_o much_o fear_v of_o they_o as_o the_o pestilence_n nay_o nor_o god_n wrath_n itself_o and_o therefore_o they_o care_v not_o what_o foul_a sin_n sorrow_n and_o store_n of_o worldly_a sorrow_n for_o if_o that_o holy_a grief_n do_v possess_v their_o heart_n it_o will_v eat_v up_o and_o consume_v carnal_a vexation_n even_o as_o moses_n serpent_n 2._o 1._o cor._n 2._o second_o that_o man_n may_v embrace_v religion_n for_o itself_o and_o in_o conscience_n unto_o god_n not_o in_o any_o outward_a respect_n whereas_o if_o most_o of_o those_o that_o be_v christian_n be_v of_o great_a place_n many_o will_v make_v a_o show_n of_o be_v religious_a note_v that_o they_o may_v thereby_o grow_v to_o advancement_n in_o the_o world_n and_o so_o seek_v earthly_a thing_n in_o spiritual_a exercise_n three_o that_o his_o child_n may_v grow_v in_o near_a acquaintance_n with_o he_o who_o otherwise_o will_v be_v stranger_n unto_o their_o own_o
