Whether it was Esdras or any other that gathered the Psalmes into a booke it semeth he did set thys Psalme firste in maner of a Preface to exhorte all godly men to study and meditate the heauenly wisdome for theffecte herof is that they be blessed that geue them selues wholy all their life to Gods lawe And that the wicked contemners of God though they seme for a whyle fortunate yet at lengthe shall come to miserable destruction 1_THe man is blest that hath not bent to wicked rede his eare nor led his life as sinners do nor sat in scorners chair 2.
