christian_a duty_n forasmuch_o as_o there_o be_v no_o duty_n in_o christianity_n which_o can_v better_a answer_v it_o than_o a_o rest_n from_o sin_n it_o follow_v that_o though_o we_o look_v not_o upon_o ourselves_o as_o concern_v in_o the_o rest_n enjoin_v the_o jew_n yet_o we_o look_v upon_o ourselves_o as_o concern_v in_o that_o rest_n of_o which_o it_o be_v a_o type_n and_o according_o of_o such_o kind_n of_o servitude_n and_o because_o when_o i_o come_v to_o entreat_v of_o the_o duty_n of_o master_n to_o their_o servant_n i_o shall_v have_v occasion_n to_o say_v somewhat_o of_o wherein_o they_o become_v due_a to_o they_o he_o pay_v less_o than_o he_o ought_v who_o pay_v not_o at_o or_o near_o the_o the_o time_n because_o deprive_v the_o party_n to_o who_o he_o owe_v it_o of_o that_o use_n and_o advantage_n which_o he_o may_v and_o which_o because_o it_o be_v his_o own_o it_o be_v fit_a he_o shall_v receive_v by_o it_o it_o will_v follow_v second_o where_o that_o be_v a_o part_n of_o the_o contract_n that_o master_n careful_o and_o faithful_o teach_v their_o servant_n that_o trade_n for_o the_o learning_n whereof_o they_o become_v servant_n to_o they_o which_o be_v the_o condition_n of_o that_o service_n into_o which_o they_o be_v assume_v require_v for_o by_o how_o much_o the_o more_o ingenuous_a the_o service_n be_v so_o much_o the_o more_o free_a in_o reason_n ought_v to_o be_v the_o entertainment_n of_o those_o that_o be_v in_o it_o especial_o when_o as_o it_o most_o happen_v pay_v according_o to_o their_o master_n for_o it_o whence_o it_o be_v that_o no_o man_n of_o reason_n doubt_v but_o that_o the_o apprentice_n of_o a_o merchant_n or_o other_o such_o more_o liberal_a profession_n shall_v be_v treat_v in_o a_o better_a fashion_n than_o one_o of_o a_o man_n of_o a_o more_o inferior_a one_o or_o a_o ordinary_a serve_a man_n to_o the_o same_o i_o observe_v fourthly_a that_o as_o care_n be_v to_o be_v take_v on_o the_o one_o hand_n that_o they_o afflict_v not_o their_o servant_n with_o immoderate_a labour_n or_o punishment_n so_o also_o on_o the_o other_o hand_n that_o they_o suffer_v they_o not_o to_o be_v idle_a nor_o be_v spare_v of_o just_a chastisement_n when_o they_o deserve_v they_o the_o omission_n of_o that_o not_o only_o prove_v the_o bane_n of_o their_o servant_n but_o be_v a_o falsification_n of_o that_o trust_n which_o be_v repose_v in_o they_o by_o their_o servant_n parent_n and_o a_o injury_n to_o the_o commonwealth_n which_o by_o their_o slothfulness_n or_o cowardice_n be_v like_a to_o have_v so_o much_o the_o worse_a subject_n five_o and_o last_o more_o than_o which_o i_o shall_v not_o need_v to_o say_v unless_o it_o be_v to_o exhort_v they_o to_o the_o practice_n of_o what_o they_o be_v thus_o bind_v to_o it_o be_v incumbent_n upon_o all_o master_n of_o family_n to_o restrain_v their_o servant_n from_o all_o vicious_a course_n and_o both_o prompt_a and_o oblige_v they_o to_o the_o follow_v that_o the_o steal_n of_o man_n either_o child_n or_o servant_n be_v to_o be_v look_v upon_o as_o one_o of_o those_o theft_n which_o be_v by_o god_n forbid_v in_o this_o commandment_n all_o which_o i_o say_v not_o only_o to_o obviate_v the_o evil_a trade_n of_o those_o man_n who_o by_o toy_n and_o other_o artifices_fw-la train_n man_n child_n and_o servant_n into_o ship_n and_o when_o they_o have_v do_v so_o sell_v they_o for_o slave_n in_o foreign_a part_n but_o their_o practice_n also_o who_o by_o fair_a word_n and_o promise_n tempt_v man_n from_o their_o master_n to_o become_v whilst_o he_o be_v with_o he_o that_o labour_n and_o service_n to_o which_o his_o own_o contract_n and_o the_o master_n wage_n bound_v he_o he_o who_o do_v so_o become_v a_o kind_n of_o thief_n of_o himself_o because_o rob_v his_o master_n of_o that_o advantage_n which_o he_o may_v and_o ought_v to_o have_v by_o he_o 4._o last_o which_o i_o shall_v only_o name_v because_o i_o have_v prevent_v be_v to_o be_v look_v upon_o as_o such_o which_o do_v any_o way_n impair_v the_o property_n of_o our_o neighbour_n where_o it_o be_v true_o such_o and_o not_o abridge_v by_o some_o of_o those_o limitation_n which_o be_v before_o reckon_v up_o by_o we_o the_o property_n of_o man_n as_o to_o those_o particular_n wherein_o they_o be_v limit_v be_v rather_o equivocal_o than_o proper_o such_o and_o consequent_o the_o entrenchment_n on_o they_o not_o within_o the_o compass_n of_o this_o commandment_n iii_o now_o though_o that_o general_a note_n may_v serve_v we_o for_o a_o answer_n to_o their_o detain_v of_o they_o though_o in_o semblance_n a_o theft_n for_o which_o cause_n it_o be_v call_v a_o spoil_n by_o moses_n yet_o real_o and_o formal_o none_o next_o to_o this_o act_n of_o the_o israelite_n consider_v we_o another_o of_o the_o lacedaemonian_n approve_a and_o encourage_v by_o their_o law_n it_o be_v record_v of_o they_o by_o c._n by_o a._n gell._n ubi_fw-la supra_fw-la corn_n which_o fall_v from_o the_o reaper_n become_v the_o property_n of_o he_o that_o shall_v first_o seize_v upon_o they_o but_o because_o however_o such_o kind_n of_o theft_n may_v be_v countenance_v by_o the_o law_n of_o the_o lacedaemonian_n yet_o they_o be_v not_o that_o i_o know_v of_o receive_v in_o any_o christian_a nation_n nor_o it_o may_v be_v at_o present_a in_o any_o
