it_o be_v i_o suppose_v a_o new_a doctrine_n that_o subject_n shall_v not_o pay_v tribute_n and_o the_o preach_n of_o new_a doctrine_n be_v dangerous_a it_o have_v be_v the_o rashness_n of_o some_o that_o they_o be_v too_o hasty_a to_o preach_v their_o own_o private_a and_o very_a singular_a opinion_n it_o be_v good_a minister_n of_o the_o gospel_n will_v forbear_v to_o say_v any_o thing_n to_o the_o people_n in_o preach_v but_o that_o of_o which_o they_o may_v say_v thus_o say_v the_o lord_n they_o shall_v have_v consider_v what_o danger_n they_o expose_v the_o people_n to_o by_o this_o doctrine_n for_o either_o those_o who_o believe_v this_o doctrine_n will_v persist_v in_o refuse_v to_o pay_v and_o this_o will_v expose_v they_o to_o be_v eat_v up_o by_o soldier_n or_o they_o be_v distress_v will_v at_o length_n pay_v it_o though_o they_o think_v it_o unlawful_a and_o this_o will_v debosh_n and_o waste_v their_o conscience_n and_o prepare_v they_o to_o do_v other_o thing_n which_o they_o think_v unlawful_a and_o this_o will_v encourage_v those_o who_o differ_v from_o they_o in_o other_o thing_n to_o take_v the_o same_o method_n in_o press_v they_o to_o conform_v to_o they_o and_o some_o of_o the_o poor_a people_n who_o have_v stand_v out_o long_o and_o at_o length_n yield_v to_o pay_v have_v expose_v themselves_o to_o the_o scorn_n and_o derision_n of_o those_o true_a worship_n of_o god_n see_v these_o meeting_n in_o several_a place_n of_o these_o kingdom_n be_v not_o suppress_v and_o if_o some_o preacher_n have_v not_o vent_v doctrine_n which_o be_v real_o seditious_a at_o some_o of_o those_o conventicle_n presbyterian_a minister_n and_o people_n who_o design_v nothing_o but_o the_o preach_n and_o hear_v of_o the_o gospel_n of_o peace_n will_v not_o have_v be_v molest_v as_o they_o be_v but_o the_o seditious_a turbulent_a doctrine_n of_o some_o do_v breed_v much_o trouble_n to_o other_o who_o be_v innocent_a it_o can_v be_v deny_v that_o there_o be_v some_o meeting_n where_o such_o doctrine_n be_v teach_v by_o the_o preacher_n and_o applaud_v and_o practise_v by_o hearer_n that_o it_o be_v no_o wonder_n that_o the_o magistrate_n call_v they_o seditious_a and_o if_o the_o contriver_n of_o this_o bond_n have_v set_v themselves_o to_o devise_v a_o way_n to_o confirm_v the_o magistrate_n in_o call_v conventicle_n seditious_a they_o can_v not_o have_v fall_v upon_o a_o more_o effectual_a way_n than_o this_o contrivance_n which_o be_v indeed_o seditious_a and_o will_v ready_o be_v impute_v to_o many_o who_o abhor_v the_o seditious_a design_n and_o principle_n which_o be_v in_o this_o bond._n as_o for_o the_o reason_n why_o this_o sess_n shall_v not_o be_v pay_v viz._n because_o it_o be_v declare_v to_o be_v impose_v for_o a_o ill_a end_n
