ministry_n for_o the_o edify_n of_o the_o body_n of_o christ_n these_o thing_n be_v so_o plain_a that_o it_o be_v a_o matter_n of_o great_a astonishment_n that_o ever_o christian_n that_o have_v read_v these_o thing_n and_o that_o have_v not_o a_o design_n to_o undermine_v the_o gospel_n and_o to_o paganize_v the_o world_n again_o as_o i_o hope_v you_o have_v not_o shall_v be_v ever_o tempt_v to_o think_v much_o more_o that_o ever_o you_o shall_v be_v bring_v to_o believe_v it_o yourselves_o and_o teach_v it_o other_o that_o the_o light_n within_o without_o be_v teach_v by_o man_n or_o by_o the_o scripture_n be_v the_o rule_n of_o faith_n and_o practice_n but_o doubtless_o the_o inward_a pride_n the_o overvalue_a of_o yourselves_o which_o i_o have_v be_v admonish_v you_o of_o have_v and_o man_n that_o ever_o you_o shall_v be_v so_o strange_o delude_v and_o prevail_v upon_o as_o you_o have_v be_v to_o trouble_v the_o world_n with_o your_o whimsy_n and_o fancy_n and_o thereby_o to_o bring_v a_o scandal_n upon_o the_o christian_a religion_n and_o make_v sport_n for_o they_o that_o have_v no_o mind_n serious_o to_o consider_v the_o thing_n of_o the_o gospel_n and_o to_o encourage_v romish_a agent_n in_o their_o design_n against_o the_o reformation_n be_v persuade_v then_o by_o the_o reason_n of_o the_o matter_n itself_o to_o become_v modest_a and_o humble_a and_o sober-minded_n and_o be_v not_o only_o content_a to_o receive_v your_o teach_n from_o god_n by_o the_o doctrine_n of_o the_o holy_a scripture_n as_o all_o good_a christian_n do_v and_o ever_o since_o the_o primitive_a time_n have_v do_v but_o count_v it_o also_o as_o a_o high_a favour_n from_o he_o that_o he_o have_v give_v we_o the_o scripture_n and_o send_v the_o gospel_n among_o we_o when_o so_o great_a a_o part_n of_o the_o world_n be_v at_o this_o day_n without_o it_o remember_v how_o the_o psalmist_n when_o he_o be_v therein_o assist_v by_o the_o spirit_n of_o god_n be_v affect_v to_o the_o doctrine_n of_o the_o gospel_n which_o be_v of_o and_o from_o the_o holy_a spirit_n and_o thereby_o become_v partaker_n of_o the_o spiritual_a and_o divine_a nature_n or_o likeness_n to_o christ_n jesus_n in_o purity_n in_o lowliness_n huroility_n and_o meekness_n and_o in_o love_n to_o god_n and_o charity_n to_o man_n in_o patience_n and_o gentleness_n in_o contempt_n of_o the_o world_n in_o contentation_n and_o self-resignation_n to_o god_n in_o zeal_n to_o honour_n god_n and_o to_o do_v all_o the_o good_a we_o can_v in_o the_o world_n upon_o account_n of_o which_o
