family_n may_v be_v a_o kind_n of_o church_n a_o assembly_n of_o godly_a upright_a person_n and_o if_o all_o master_n will_v endeavour_v to_o have_v they_o so_o they_o will_v beside_o the_o eternal_a reward_n of_o it_o hereafter_o find_v a_o present_a benefit_n by_o it_o there_o worldly_a business_n will_v thrive_v much_o the_o better_o for_o if_o their_o servant_n be_v bring_v to_o make_v conscience_n of_o their_o way_n they_o will_v then_o not_o dare_v either_o to_o be_v negligent_a or_o false_a 31._o but_o as_o it_o be_v the_o duty_n of_o master_n to_o admonish_v and_o reprove_v their_o servant_n so_o they_o must_v also_o look_v to_o do_v it_o in_o a_o due_a manner_n that_o be_v so_o as_o may_v be_v most_o likely_a to_o do_v good_a not_o in_o passion_n and_o rage_n which_o can_v never_o work_v the_o servant_n to_o any_o thing_n but_o the_o despise_n or_o hate_v he_o but_o with_o such_o sober_a and_o grave_a speech_n as_o may_v convince_v he_o of_o his_o fault_n and_o may_v also_o assure_v he_o that_o it_o be_v a_o kind_a desire_n of_o his_o amendment_n and_o not_o a_o willingness_n to_o wreck_v his_o own_o rage_n which_o make_v the_o master_n thus_o to_o rebuke_v he_o 32._o a_o three_o duty_n of_o the_o master_n be_v to_o set_v good_a example_n of_o honesty_n and_o godliness_n to_o his_o servant_n example_n without_o which_o it_o be_v not_o all_o the_o of_o all_o that_o profess_v christ._n indeed_o himself_o have_v give_v it_o as_o the_o badge_n and_o livery_n of_o his_o disciple_n john_n 13._o 35._o by_o this_o shall_v all_o man_n know_v that_o you_o be_v my_o disciple_n if_o you_o have_v love_v one_o to_o another_o this_o charity_n may_v be_v consider_v two_o way_n affection_n first_o in_o respect_n of_o the_o affection_n second_o of_o good_a wish_n and_o therefore_o if_o we_o do_v not_o thus_o love_v one_o another_o we_o be_v far_o from_o obey_v that_o command_n of_o love_a as_o he_o have_v love_v for_o it_o be_v the_o soul_n of_o further_a doubt_n and_o scruple_n if_o not_o into_o sin_n on_o the_o other_o side_n if_o he_o forbear_v because_o of_o it_o if_o that_o fear_n be_v a_o causeless_a one_o than_o he_o groundless_o absent_v himself_o from_o that_o holy_a ordinance_n and_o so_o deprive_v his_o soul_n of_o the_o benefit_n of_o it_o threfore_o in_o the_o midst_n of_o so_o many_o danger_n which_o attend_v the_o of_o their_o soul_n 22._o but_o to_o all_o this_o it_o will_v perhaps_o be_v say_v one_o that_o this_o can_v be_v do_v without_o discover_v the_o nakedness_n and_o blemish_n of_o the_o soul_n and_o there_o be_v shame_n in_o that_o and_o therefore_o man_n be_v unwilling_a to_o do_v it_o but_o to_o that_o i_o answer_v that_o it_o be_v very_o unreasonable_a that_o shall_v be_v a_o hindrance_n for_o first_o i_o suppose_v you_o be_v to_o choose_v only_o such_o a_o person_n as_o will_v faithful_o keep_v any_o secret_a you_o shall_v commit_v to_o he_o and_o so_o it_o can_v be_v no_o public_a shame_n long_o as_o it_o may_v be_v a_o mean_n to_o cure_v both_o your_o trouble_n and_o your_o sin_n too_o as_o certain_o godly_a and_o faithful_a counsel_n may_v tend_v much_o to_o both_o that_o shame_n ought_v to_o be_v despise_v and_o it_o be_v sure_a it_o will_v if_o we_o love_v our_o soul_n as_o well_o as_o our_o body_n for_o in_o bodily_a disease_n be_v they_o never_o so_o foul_a or_o shameful_a
