glass_n will_v be_v clear_a according_a to_o the_o different_a purity_n of_o the_o soul_n which_o even_o in_o this_o life_n give_v a_o particular_a brightness_n of_o air_n to_o the_o countenance_n and_o make_v the_o face_n to_o shine_v with_o a_o unimitable_a lustre_n purity_n of_o heart_n therefore_o even_o upon_o this_o single_a account_n have_v a_o peculiar_a aptness_n in_o order_n to_o the_o vision_n of_o god_n but_o to_o this_o may_v be_v add_v second_o the_o will_n of_o god_n to_o afford_v a_o great_a and_o clear_a manifestation_n of_o himself_o to_o a_o soul_n so_o dispose_v for_o it_o be_v high_o rational_a to_o believe_v that_o god_n who_o be_v so_o great_a a_o lover_n will_v also_o be_v a_o liberal_a rewarder_n of_o inward_a purity_n and_o that_o he_o who_o delight_v to_o dwell_v in_o pure_a heart_n now_o will_v reveal_v himself_o in_o a_o very_a plentiful_a measure_n to_o such_o hereafter_o so_o that_o both_o from_o the_o aptness_n of_o the_o disposition_n and_o from_o the_o will_n of_o god_n we_o may_v conclude_v that_o the_o pure_a in_o heart_n shall_v have_v a_o large_a share_n of_o the_o beatific_a vision_n nor_o shall_v they_o only_o see_v more_o of_o god_n but_o second_o take_v a_o great_a delight_n in_o what_o they_o do_v see_v of_o he_o and_o this_o be_v the_o principal_a ingredient_n of_o their_o happiness_n for_o it_o be_v not_o the_o mere_a the_o great_a virtue_n with_o the_o great_a reward_n for_o since_o the_o reason_n why_o he_o engage_v himself_o to_o be_v a_o rewarder_n of_o good_a man_n be_v not_o as_o be_v already_o precaution_v any_o absolute_a merit_n of_o they_o but_o only_o to_o show_v his_o great_a love_n of_o virtue_n and_o goodness_n it_o be_v reasonable_a to_o conclude_v that_o by_o the_o same_o motive_n and_o in_o pursuance_n of_o the_o same_o end_n he_o also_o engage_v himself_o to_o be_v a_o more_o liberal_a rewarder_n of_o great_a saint_n since_o this_o be_v as_o necessary_a a_o mean_n to_o show_v his_o there_o may_v and_o i_o think_v must_v be_v a_o congurity_n even_o before_o for_o though_o there_o be_v no_o proportion_n of_o equivalence_n between_o our_o best_a work_n and_o the_o reward_n of_o heaven_n and_o consequent_o no_o possible_a room_n for_o any_o strict_a merit_n yet_o i_o can_v but_o think_v with_o a_o person_n of_o great_a judgement_n and_o moderation_n 590._o that_o there_o be_v a_o proportion_n of_o conveniency_n that_o be_v as_o he_o afterward_o explain_v it_o though_o there_o be_v nothing_o strict_o due_a from_o god_n to_o the_o service_n of_o good_a man_n yet_o it_o be_v high_o worthy_a of_o god_n to_o reward_v they_o upon_o which_o account_n they_o also_o may_v be_v say_v to_o be_v worthy_a according_a to_o that_o of_o the_o apocalypse_n they_o shall_v walk_v with_o nestorius_n etc._n etc._n and_o some_o of_o a_o mix_a nature_n consist_v both_o of_o fraud_n and_o violence_n when_o both_o temporal_a and_o spiritual_a power_n do_v combine_v together_o as_o now_o in_o the_o papal_a see_v against_o the_o lord_n and_o his_o christ_n i_o say_v we_o shall_v learn_v from_o hence_o not_o to_o censure_v the_o way_n of_o god_n for_o this_o nor_o to_o charge_v he_o affection_n to_o our_o person_n that_o we_o may_v the_o better_o win_v they_o over_o to_o the_o acceptance_n and_o entertainment_n of_o our_o doctrine_n this_o indeed_o ought_v to_o be_v the_o care_n and_o endeavour_v of_o all_o preacher_n but_o there_o be_v this_o more_o particular_a reason_n for_o it_o in_o our_o lord_n because_o the_o love_n of_o his_o person_n be_v not_o only_o a_o indearment_n of_o obedience_n but_o also_o a_o very_a considerable_a part_n and_o instance_n of_o it_o he_o therefore_o instead_o of_o use_v a_o imperative_a style_n by_o downright_o command_v such_o
