to_o love_v he_o above_o all_o other_o thing_n that_o we_o love_v best_a in_o heaven_n or_o in_o earth_n with_o all_o your_o life_n that_o be_v to_o say_v that_o our_o chief_a joy_n &_o delight_n be_v set_v upon_o he_o &_o his_o honour_n &_o our_o whole_a life_n give_fw-ge unto_o the_o service_n of_o he_o above_o all_o thing_n with_o he_o to_o live_v &_o dye_v and_o to_o forsake_v all_o other_o but_o true_o decern_v &_o judge_v whether_o he_o be_v in_o perfect_v charity_n or_o not_o for_o he_o that_o follow_v not_o his_o own_fw-mi appetite_n &_o will_n but_o geve_v himself_o earnest_o to_o god_n to_o do_v all_o his_o will_n &_o commandment_n he_o may_v be_v sure_a that_o he_o love_v god_n above_o all_o thing_n &_o else_o sure_o he_o love_v he_o not_o whatsoever_o he_o pretend_v as_o be_v know_v the_o child_n of_o god_n from_o the_o child_n of_o the_o devil_n for_o whosoever_o do_v not_o love_v his_o brother_n belong_v not_o unto_o god_n but_o the_o perverse_a nature_n of_o man_n corrupt_a with_o sin_n and_o destitute_a of_o god_n word_n &_o grace_n enemy_n think_v it_o against_o all_o reason_n that_o a_o man_n shall_v love_v his_o enemy_n and_o have_v many_o persuasion_n only_o of_o they_o that_o be_v the_o child_n of_o god_n the_o disciple_n and_o follower_n of_o christ_n notwithstanding_o man_n froward_a &_o corrupt_a nature_n weigh_v over_o deep_o many_o time_n the_o offence_n and_o displeasure_n do_z unto_o he_o by_o enemy_n and_o think_v it_o a_o burden_n intolerable_a to_o be_v bind_v to_o love_v they_o that_o hate_v he_o but_o the_o burden_n shall_v be_v and_o evil_n how_o can_v magistrate_n execute_v justice_n upon_o malefactor_n with_o charity_n how_o can_v they_o cast_v evil_a man_n in_o prison_n take_v away_o their_o god_n and_o sometime_o their_o life_n accord_v to_o law_n if_o charity_n will_v not_o suffer_v they_o so_o to_o do_v hereunto_o be_v a_o plain_a &_o a_o brief_a answer_n answer_n that_o plague_n and_o punishment_n be_v not_o evil_a of_o themselves_o if_o they_o be_v well_o take_v of_o innocent_n and_o to_o a_o evil_a man_n they_o be_v both_o good_a &_o necessary_a &_o may_v be_v execute_v accord_v to_o charity_n office_n &_o with_o charity_n shall_v be_v execute_v for_o declaration_n whereof_o you_o shall_v understand_v y_z e_z charity_n have_v ii_o office_n one_o contrary_n to_o y_z e_z other_z &_o yet_o both_o necessary_a to_o be_v use_v upon_o man_n of_o contrary_a sort_n &_o disposition_n the_o one_o office_n of_o charity_n be_v to_o cherish_v good_a &_o innocent_a man_n not_o to_o oppress_v they_o with_o false_a accusation_n but_o to_o encourage_v they_o w_z t_z reward_n to_o do_v well_o and_o to_o persevere_v in_o well_o do_v defend_v they_o with_o the_o swourd_n from_o their_o adversary_n and_o the_o office_n of_o bishop_n &_o pastor_n be_v to_o praise_v good_a man_n for_o well_o do_v that_o they_o may_v persevere_v therein_o and_o to_o rebuke_v and_o correct_v by_o the_o word_n of_o god_n and_o this_o to_o be_v use_v against_o they_o only_o that_o be_v evil_a man_n and_o malefactor_n and_o that_o it_o be_v aswell_o the_o office_n of_o charity_n to_o rebuke_v punish_v and_o correct_v they_o that_o be_v evil_a as_o it_o be_v to_o cherish_v and_o reward_v they_o that_o be_v good_a and_o innocent_a s._n paul_n declare_v write_v to_o the_o ro._n saiing_n xiii_o that_o the_o high_a power_n be_v ordain_v of_o god_n not_o to_o be_v dreadful_a to_o they_o that_o do_v well_o but_o unto_o malefactor_n to_o draw_v the_o swourd_n to_o take_v vengeance_n of_o he_o that_o commit_v the_o sin_n and_o s._n paul_n bid_v timothe_n v._n constant_o and_o vehement_o to_o rebuke_v sin_n by_o the_o word_n of_o god_n so_o that_o both_o office_n shall_v be_v diligent_o execute_v to_o impugn_v &_o honest_a person_n like_v as_o a_o good_a surgeon_n cut_v away_o a_o putrify_a and_o fester_a member_n for_o love_n he_o have_v to_o the_o whoole_n body_n lest_o it_o infect_v other_o membre_n adjoin_v
neither_o we_o may_v rejoice_v in_o any_o work_v that_o we_o do_v which_o all_o be_v so_o unperfect_a &_o unpure_a that_o they_o be_v not_o able_a to_o stand_v before_o the_o righteous_a throne_n of_o god_n as_o the_o holy_a prophet_n david_n say_v â—xliii_fw-la entre_fw-fr not_o into_o judgement_n with_o thy_o servant_n o_o lord_n for_o no_o man_n that_o live_v be_v find_v righteous_a in_o thy_o
