or_o turn_v again_o to_o the_o lord_n into_o question_n to_o who_o the_o lord_n have_v express_v the_o full_a assurance_n of_o his_o love_n and_o mercy_n in_o their_o life_n what_o say_v the_o king_n in_o this_o case_n though_o the_o righteous_a be_v overtake_v by_o death_n yet_o shall_v he_o be_v at_o rest_n again_o the_o soul_n of_o the_o righteous_a be_v in_o the_o hand_n of_o god_n &_o their_o shall_v none_o evil_a touch_v they_o worthy_o have_v these_o golden_a say_n be_v take_v from_o his_o mouth_n 4.7_o sap._n 4.7_o and_o copy_v out_o and_o conserve_v for_o the_o posterity_n to_o give_v comfort_n unto_o the_o lord_n choose_v and_o to_o satisfy_v they_o that_o may_v otherwise_o condemn_v themselves_o and_o their_o cause_n in_o the_o consideration_n of_o their_o punishment_n and_o misery_n in_o this_o life_n therefore_o it_o be_v true_a that_o as_o the_o man_n which_o have_v be_v long_o nooseled_a up_o in_o vice_n will_v not_o only_o with_o much_o ado_n leave_v they_o and_o so_o on_o the_o contrary_a part_n he_o that_o have_v be_v bring_v up_o and_o exercise_v in_o holy_a virtue_n will_v not_o soon_o loose_a the_o habit_n much_o less_o the_o savour_n of_o they_o as_o those_o vessel_n will_v long_o retain_v and_o yield_v the_o smack_n of_o that_o liquor_n which_o be_v in_o they_o first_o steep_v although_o they_o be_v wash_v and_o assay_v to_o be_v purge_v from_o the_o same_o neither_o may_v we_o think_v but_o that_o if_o after_o the_o opinion_n of_o the_o very_a heathen_a philosopher_n one_o vice_n overthrow_v not_o a_o virtue_n in_o habit_n much_o rather_o shall_v we_o of_o israel_n not_o so_o much_o as_o imagine_v that_o one_o or_o a_o few_o fault_n of_o the_o child_n of_o god_n occasion_v either_o of_o ignorance_n or_o of_o fear_n or_o of_o infirmitye_n or_o of_o natural_a concupiscence_n or_o of_o the_o malice_n of_o the_o old_a serpent_n shall_v rend_v asunder_o a_o habit_n of_o holiness_n and_o so_o infringe_v or_o weaken_v the_o sight_n of_o the_o lord_n and_o have_v not_o follow_v the_o lord_n perfect_o as_o do_v david_n his_o father_n all_o these_o be_v your_o own_o word_n concern_v the_o king_n and_o his_o trespass_n most_o reverend_a father_n neither_o have_v i_o add_v any_o thing_n in_o the_o hear_n whereof_o who_o be_v there_o almost_o but_o that_o will_v condemn_v the_o king_n of_o a_o more_o heinous_a and_o dangerous_a sin_n zadok_v zadok_v then_o that_o the_o father_n of_o who_o you_o have_v speak_v do_v ever_o commit_v in_o their_o day_n but_o yet_o i_o beseech_v you_o say_v zadok_n that_o those_o my_o word_n may_v neither_o be_v wrest_v nor_o amiss_o understand_v in_o this_o case_n god_n forbid_v that_o therein_o i_o shall_v so_o far_o depress_v the_o king_n hope_n and_o estimation_n with_o the_o heinous_a and_o horrible_a either_o in_o quantity_n or_o quality_n than_o the_o sin_n of_o some_o other_o who_o it_o please_v the_o lord_n in_o mercy_n to_o remit_v and_o renew_v upon_o repentance_n we_o neither_o find_v nor_o dare_v to_o avouch_v our_o first_o parent_n in_o paradise_n commit_v a_o horrible_a transgression_n they_o hearken_v to_o satan_n they_o break_v the_o commandment_n they_o forsake_v the_o lord_n their_o god_n &_o be_v make_v thrall_n
