and_o ruler_n appoint_v of_o god_n to_o be_v head_n over_o other_o and_o some_o be_v craftesman_n and_o artificer_n some_o husbandman_n and_o plowman_n far_o inferior_a to_o the_o other_o and_o yet_o notwithstanding_o as_o necessary_a be_v the_o poor_a labour_a man_n for_o the_o civil_a body_n as_o be_v the_o magistrate_n and_o superior_a for_o if_o all_o shall_v rule_v who_o shall_v obey_v if_o
