acknowledge_v that_o some_o thing_n be_v receive_v through_o our_o merit_n and_o not_o all_o thing_n through_o his_o mercy_n where_o it_o must_v be_v well_o mark_v that_o god_n be_v say_v to_o be_v a_o lover_n of_o man_n not_o of_o this_o or_o that_o nature_n only_o not_o hold_v with_o love_n of_o the_o person_n and_o therefore_o these_o two_o bountifulness_n and_o love_n towards_o man_n must_v be_v take_v after_o a_o general_a sort_n that_o in_o all_o thing_n the_o chief_a praise_n may_v be_v attribute_v to_o his_o mercy_n that_o no_o man_n trust_v in_o his_o own_o merit_n neither_o be_v terrify_v with_o sin_n but_o that_o all_o together_o do_v trust_n to_o his_o grace_n which_o he_o voluntary_o offer_v unto_o we_o with_o so_o great_a kindness_n and_o love_n towards_o us._n for_o if_o any_o respect_n of_o person_n may_v be_v have_v here_o it_o shall_v sure_o be_v have_v of_o they_o which_o be_v rich_a in_o the_o work_n of_o righteousness_n but_o paul_n express_o reject_v these_o as_o in_o the_o resort_n and_o company_n of_o other_o all_o which_o thing_n do_v require_v even_o natural_a darkness_n and_o secret_a place_n and_o be_v signify_v of_o paul_n by_o chamber_v and_o understand_v as_o though_o man_n can_v not_o at_o all_o perceive_v or_o know_v it_o for_o if_o we_o have_v peace_n with_o god_n true_o it_o must_v be_v feel_v in_o our_o heart_n and_o conscience_n otherwise_o our_o heart_n and_o mind_n can_v not_o be_v preserve_v by_o it_o but_o it_o be_v thus_o to_o be_v understand_v â–ª_o when_o tribulation_n come_v upon_o they_o which_o know_v not_o to_o which_o be_v that_o whereby_o tribulation_n take_v a_o end_n and_o be_v change_v with_o outward_a tranquillicie_n this_o peace_n do_v not_o pass_v reason_n but_o be_v agreeable_a unto_o it_o tribulation_n be_v nothing_o careful_a for_o that_o peace_n of_o reason_n by_o the_o remove_n of_o outward_a trouble_n but_o they_o endure_v they_o valiant_o look_v to_o be_v strengthen_v inward_o by_o faith_n take_v no_o care_n whether_o the_o adversity_n which_o they_o suffer_v shall_v remain_v a_o short_a or_o a_o long_a time_n whether_o they_o shall_v be_v temporal_a or_o continue_a neither_o be_v disquiet_v with_o care_v what_o end_n they_o shall_v have_v they_o commit_v all_o thing_n to_o god_n seek_v not_o to_o know_v when_o how_o where_o or_o by_o who_o he_o will_v give_v they_o quietness_n wherefore_o god_n again_o show_v they_o this_o favour_n that_o he_o make_v the_o end_n of_o their_o trial_n to_o be_v such_o and_o with_o so_o great_a commodity_n as_o no_o man_n and_o wholesome_a to_o remedy_v it_o so_o stand_v the_o case_n here_o the_o law_n reveal_v the_o disease_n the_o gospel_n minister_v the_o medicine_n which_o be_v manifest_a even_o by_o the_o text_n whereof_o we_o have_v already_o entreat_v the_o lawyer_n come_v and_o be_v very_o desirous_a of_o eternal_a life_n ask_v what_o he_o must_v do_v the_o law_n declare_v it_o unto_o he_o say_v law_n the_o office_n of_o the_o law_n thou_o shall_v love_v the_o lord_n thy_o god_n with_o all_o thy_o heart_n with_o all_o thy_o soul_n with_o all_o thy_o strength_n and_o with_o all_o thy_o mind_n and_o
