first_o sense_n none_o but_o true_o sanctify_a man_n can_v be_v minister_n but_o in_o the_o latter_a a_o unsanctified_a man_n may_v be_v a_o minister_n as_o there_o be_v a_o difference_n among_o member_n between_o the_o visible_a and_o mystical_a of_o which_o i_o have_v speak_v elsewhere_o sacrament_n so_o be_v there_o between_o pastor_n some_o have_v a_o title_n that_o in_o foro_fw-la ecclesiae_fw-la or_o ecclesia_fw-la judice_fw-la will_v hold_v good_a that_o have_v none_o that_o be_v good_a in_o foro_fw-la dei_fw-la in_o one_o word_n the_o church_n be_v bind_v to_o take_v many_o a_o man_n as_o a_o true_a minister_n to_o they_o and_o receive_v the_o ordinance_n from_o he_o in_o faith_n and_o expectation_n of_o a_o blessing_n upon_o promise_n who_o yet_o before_o god_n be_v a_o sinful_a invader_n a_o usurper_n of_o the_o ministry_n and_o shall_v be_v condemn_v for_o it_o as_o in_o worldly_a possession_n many_o a_o man_n have_v a_o good_a title_n before_o man_n and_o at_o saint_n and_o their_o communion_n or_o else_o he_o can_v be_v a_o minister_n for_o the_o communion_n of_o saint_n 7._o he_o must_v profess_v and_o seem_v to_o understand_v believe_v and_o approve_v of_o all_o the_o ordinance_n of_o christ_n which_o be_v of_o necessity_n to_o church-communion_n 8._o and_o he_o must_v be_v tolerable_o able_a to_o dispense_v and_o administer_v those_o ordinance_n or_o else_o he_o be_v not_o capable_a of_o the_o office_n 9_o he_o must_v profess_v and_o seem_v to_o make_v the_o law_n of_o god_n his_o rule_n in_o these_o administration_n 10._o and_o also_o to_o desire_v the_o save_n of_o man_n soul_n and_o the_o welfare_n of_o the_o church_n and_o glory_n and_o please_a of_o god_n if_o he_o have_v not_o beforehand_o all_o these_o qualification_n he_o be_v not_o capable_a of_o the_o ministry_n nor_o can_v any_o ordination_n make_v he_o a_o true_a minister_n sect._n 8._o if_o you_o demand_v my_o proof_n it_o be_v from_o the_o common_a principle_n that_o 1._o the_o form_n can_v be_v receive_v but_o into_o a_o dispose_v capable_a matter_n but_o such_o be_v no_o dispose_v capable_a matter_n therefore_o etc._n etc._n 2._o the_o office_n be_v for_o the_o work_n and_o therefore_o presuppose_v a_o capacity_n and_o ability_n for_o the_o work_n the_o office_n contain_v 1._o a_o obligation_n to_o the_o duty_n but_o no_o man_n can_v be_v oblige_v to_o do_v
