in_o our_o sorrow_n and_o will_v comfort_v we_o in_o our_o sad_a condition_n but_o alas_o we_o take_v no_o pleasure_n in_o such_o doleful_a meditation_n we_o be_v not_o feel_o affect_v with_o our_o saviour_n tedious_a and_o bitter_a passion_n and_o therefore_o we_o can_v bring_v it_o home_o to_o ourselves_o by_o faith_n neither_o can_v we_o raise_v up_o the_o affection_n of_o our_o heart_n hereunto_o because_o we_o be_v not_o persuade_v that_o he_o suffer_v more_o than_o his_o humane_a nature_n can_v have_v bear_v if_o it_o have_v not_o be_v support_v by_o his_o deity_n neither_o do_v we_o faithful_o believe_v that_o what_o he_o suffer_v be_v for_o our_o redemption_n as_o it_o be_v for_o all_o the_o elect_a of_o god_n and_o therefore_o we_o can_v draw_v no_o spiritual_a comfort_n from_o thence_o to_o our_o soul_n these_o sad_a contemplation_n be_v not_o sweet_a to_o our_o taste_n they_o be_v not_o delightful_a to_o our_o corrupt_a nature_n nor_o please_v to_o our_o carnal_a desire_n for_o we_o have_v rather_o go_v to_o the_o house_n of_o feast_v than_o to_o the_o house_n of_o mourning_n our_o love_n to_o christ_n be_v not_o so_o firm_a and_o our_o faith_n in_o he_o be_v not_o so_o strong_a as_o to_o make_v our_o mind_n constant_a in_o these_o heavenly_a meditation_n which_o be_v most_o profitable_a for_o the_o good_a of_o our_o soul_n if_o we_o find_v such_o obduracy_n in_o our_o heart_n so_o little_a grace_n in_o our_o affection_n and_o that_o our_o unregenerate_a part_n be_v so_o prevail_v in_o we_o that_o we_o can_v take_v no_o pleasure_n to_o meditate_v on_o the_o bitter_a passion_n of_o christ_n as_o if_o he_o be_v not_o to_o be_v pity_v we_o may_v just_o condemn_v ourselves_o of_o too_o much_o ingratitude_n for_o his_o great_a love_n
