minister_n may_v judge_v for_o who_o so_o receive_v the_o word_n open_o confess_v christ_n and_o do_v not_o outward_o defile_v himself_o with_o vile_a deed_n to_o such_o the_o minister_n open_v with_o the_o key_n and_o discharge_v they_o that_o be_v he_o take_v they_o into_o the_o church_n of_o christ_n number_v they_o among_o the_o people_n of_o god_n and_o receive_v they_o into_o the_o kingdom_n of_o heaven_n as_o for_o those_o that_o will_v not_o hear_v the_o word_n preach_v or_o that_o when_o they_o hear_v it_o do_v refuse_v it_o not_o confess_v christ_n or_o utter_v their_o unbelief_n with_o foul_a gross_a and_o open_a vice_n those_o the_o minister_n bind_v that_o be_v he_o shut_v they_o out_o of_o the_o church_n and_o banish_v they_o out_o of_o the_o realm_n of_o heaven_n to_o he_o that_o be_v in_o the_o church_n be_v forgiveness_n of_o sin_n promise_v who_o so_o despise_v charitable_a love_n have_v not_o faith_n upon_o such_o one_o remain_v sin_n still_o and_o the_o wrath_n of_o god_n now_o what_o the_o apostle_n &_o minister_n of_o the_o word_n do_v that_o do_v they_o not_o in_o their_o own_o name_n not_o in_o their_o own_o power_n but_o as_o they_o which_o be_v send_v of_o god_n and_o that_o declare_v his_o word_n the_o holy_a gospel_n out_o of_o the_o power_n of_o god_n even_o out_o of_o the_o holy_a ghost_n who_o be_v give_v unto_o they_o do_v speak_v and_o work_v by_o they_o what_o these_o bind_v be_v bind_v before_o god_n and_o in_o heaven_n for_o out_o of_o god_n be_v it_o that_o they_o judge_v and_o what_o they_o unbind_v be_v unbound_v before_o god_n for_o god_n will_v ratify_v and_o allow_v what_o they_o do_v that_o be_v send_v of_o he_o keep_v themselves_o in_o exercise_n and_o meddle_v within_o his_o word_n and_o commission_n as_o for_o he_o that_o be_v not_o send_v of_o god_n and_o declare_v not_o his_o word_n and_o gospel_n but_o of_o his_o own_o proper_a power_n will_v bind_v one_o man_n and_o unbind_v another_o set_v this_o man_n in_o heaven_n &_o that_o man_n in_o hell_n be_v it_o any_o marvel_n if_o such_o one_o do_v many_o time_n miss_v and_o be_v call_v a_o wolf_n and_o not_o a_o shepherd_n see_v his_o proceed_n come_v not_o of_o god_n here_o also_o we_o learn_v with_o what_o desire_n and_o thankfulness_n we_o ought_v to_o receive_v the_o minister_n of_o god_n that_o bring_v we_o his_o holy_a word_n and_o comfort_n of_o our_o conscience_n how_o we_o ought_v to_o esteem_v they_o that_o have_v the_o holy_a ghost_n who_o speak_v unto_o we_o by_o they_o 13._o for_o if_o we_o despise_v they_o we_o despise_v god_n himself_o s._n paul_n therefore_o exhort_v we_o to_o be_v obedient_a unto_o they_o &_o to_o have_v they_o in_o worthy_a estimation_n that_o show_v we_o the_o word_n of_o god_n worthy_a our_o nature_n and_o seal_v it_o it_o with_o his_o spirit_n and_o that_o it_o be_v even_o he_o who_o now_o in_o the_o begin_n of_o a_o new_a life_n must_v by_o his_o spirit_n renew_v and_o restore_v help_v not_o because_o there_o be_v no_o true_a reformation_n and_o forsake_v of_o sin_n needs_o must_v they_o be_v destroy_v and_o miserable_o perish_v to_o botch_v or_o patch_v the_o matter_n it_o will_v not_o help_v there_o be_v no_o remedy_n we_o must_v become_v godly_a and_o virtuous_a of_o life_n it_o avail_v not_o to_o dissemble_v god_n look_v into_o the_o heart_n which_o he_o will_v have_v pure_a and_o unfeigned_a forasmuch_o then_o as_o we_o through_o baptism_n in_o the_o faith_n of_o christ_n have_v receive_v christ_n and_o be_v mark_v out_o for_o he_o have_v once_o forgiveness_n of_o sin_n through_o the_o grace_n and_o gift_n of_o christ_n let_v we_o be_v of_o a_o virtuous_a lfe_n walk_v innocent_o and_o in_o the_o fear_n of_o god_n let_v we_o die_v therefore_o to_o the_o innocence_n which_o be_v restore_v unto_o we_o again_o through_o christ_n let_v we_o daily_o remember_v to_o harken_v &_o follow_v the_o admonishment_n of_o the_o spirit_n which_o teach_v we_o all_o good_a thing_n we_o be_v they_o unto_o who_o god_n have_v promise_v his_o grace_n of_o the_o spirit_n yea_o and_o unto_o our_o child_n also_o so_o far_o as_o we_o abide_v in_o his_o covenant_n let_v we_o thankful_o receive_v such_o excellent_a grace_n dear_a brethren_n be_v ware_n that_o we_o stain_v not_o the_o temple_n of_o jesus_n christ_n and_o of_o his_o holy_a spirit_n with_o filthiness_n of_o the_o world_n that_o we_o never_o make_v ourselves_o partaker_n in_o the_o iniquity_n of_o wicked_a and_o faithless_a man_n but_o to_o lead_v here_o a_o pure_a and_o clean_a
