alike_o for_o all_o and_o every_o one_o how_o shall_v any_o be_v assure_v that_o he_o die_v for_o they_o and_o that_o they_o shall_v receive_v any_o benefit_n from_o he_o yea_o what_o do_v they_o know_v but_o that_o come_n unto_o he_o they_o may_v find_v the_o like_a entertainment_n from_o he_o that_o some_o of_o those_o who_o take_v acquaintance_n of_o he_o at_o the_o last_o day_n be_v say_v he_o as_o a_o saviour_n be_v the_o direct_a act_n the_o other_o to_o believe_v that_o he_o die_v for_o i_o and_o that_o he_o have_v obtain_v reconciliation_n for_o i_o the_o reflex_n act_n a_o act_n of_o assucame_v arise_v from_o the_o soul_n reflect_v and_o look_v back_o upon_o its_o own_o act_n of_o believe_v which_o if_o right_o consider_v will_v be_v of_o great_a use_n and_o importance_n as_o for_o the_o clear_n of_o this_o scruple_n so_o for_o the_o quiet_v of_o doubt_v soul_n who_o by_o their_o believe_v on_o christ_n may_v be_v assure_v of_o this_o that_o he_o die_v for_o they_o and_o that_o the_o merit_n of_o his_o death_n do_v belong_v unto_o they_o this_o i_o shall_v god_n will_v speak_v to_o somewhat_o more_o full_o hereafter_o where_o i_o shall_v show_v you_o that_o there_o be_v more_o true_a solid_a comfort_n to_o be_v find_v in_o the_o other_o the_o old_a way_n than_o in_o this_o for_o the_o present_a only_o take_v notice_n that_o you_o can_v assign_v any_o spiritual_a quest_n the_o doctrine_n of_o universal_a redemption_n how_o disadvantageous_a which_o see_v you_o can_v do_v can_v tell_v i_o what_o you_o may_v gain_v by_o it_o let_v i_o in_o the_o second_o place_n you_o what_o you_o shall_v loose_v by_o it_o what_o disadvantage_n will_v be_v make_v of_o it_o if_o entertain_v which_o take_v in_o three_o or_o four_o particular_n 1._o this_o be_v a_o doctrine_n which_o derogate_v much_o from_o the_o grace_n of_o god_n in_o give_v his_o son_n son_n ans_fw-fr 1._o it_o derogate_v from_o the_o love_n of_o god_n the_o father_n in_o give_v his_o son_n so_o in_o truth_n it_o do_v however_o it_o be_v vulgar_o otherwise_o look_v upon_o as_o a_o doctrine_n that_o do_v elevate_v and_o magnify_v this_o grace_n far_o more_o than_o the_o other_o and_o that_o by_o extend_v and_o enlarge_n of_o it_o yet_o real_o it_o extenuate_v it_o and_o derogate_v much_o from_o it_o while_o it_o assert_v it_o to_o be_v alike_o extend_v to_o and_o intend_v for_o all_o which_o if_o so_o where_o be_v then_o that_o special_a that_o singular_a love_n of_o god_n to_o his_o elect_n which_o be_v every_o where_o so_o high_o extol_v in_o scripture_n in_o comparison_n of_o which_o that_o love_n which_o he_o bear_v to_o other_o be_v little_o better_a than_o hatred_n and_o therefore_o so_o call_v by_o the_o apostle_n rom._n 9.13_o jacob_n have_v i_o love_v esau_n have_v i_o hate_v that_o be_v not_o love_v the_o one_o with_o the_o like_a love_n that_o i_o do_v the_o other_o certain_o whatever_o may_v be_v conceive_v of_o it_o to_o make_v god_n intention_n in_o give_v his_o son_n to_o be_v alike_o towards_o all_o it_o derogate_v not_o a_o little_a from_o that_o great_a love_n wherewith_o he_o love_v his_o elect_a people_n which_o far_o exceed_v that_o love_n it_o derogate_v from_o the_o love_n of_o god_n the_o son_n in_o give_v himself_o which_o certain_o towards_o his_o church_n his_o body_n be_v a_o peculiar_a and_o transcendent_a love_n thence_o be_v it_o that_o the_o apostle_n compare_v it_o with_o the_o love_n of_o a_o husband_n to_o his_o wife_n eph._n 5.25_o husband_n love_v your_o wife_n even_o as_o christ_n love_v the_o church_n and_o give_v himself_o for_o it_o now_o that_o love_n which_o husband_n bear_v and_o show_v to_o their_o wife_n be_v or_o aught_o to_o be_v great_a then_o that_o which_o they_o bear_v and_o show_v to_o any_o
