be_v that_o draw_v many_o back_n from_o a_o spiritual_a progress_n and_o the_o diligent_a amendment_n of_o their_o life_n viz._n the_o horror_n of_o the_o difficulty_n or_o the_o labour_n of_o the_o combat_n but_o they_o above_o other_o improve_v most_o in_o virtue_n that_o endeavour_v most_o to_o overcome_v those_o thing_n which_o be_v grievous_a and_o contrary_a unto_o they_o for_o there_o a_o man_n improve_v more_o and_o obtain_v great_a grace_n where_o he_o more_o overcome_v himself_o and_o mortify_v himself_o in_o spirit_n 4._o but_o all_o man_n have_v not_o alike_o to_o overcome_v and_o mortify_v yet_o he_o that_o be_v zealous_a and_o diligent_a though_o he_o have_v more_o passion_n shall_v profit_v more_o in_o virtue_n than_o another_o that_o be_v of_o a_o more_o temperate_a of_o any_o good_a example_n stir_v up_o thyself_o to_o the_o imitation_n thereof_o but_o if_o thou_o see_v any_o thing_n worthy_a of_o reproof_n beware_v thou_o do_v not_o the_o same_o and_o if_o at_o which_o they_o be_v call_v o_o how_o hurtful_a a_o thing_n it_o be_v to_o neglect_v the_o good_a purpose_n of_o their_o vocation_n and_o to_o busy_v themselves_o in_o that_o which_o be_v not_o commit_v to_o their_o care_n 6._o be_v mindful_a of_o the_o profession_n thou_o have_v make_v and_o have_v always_o before_o the_o eye_n of_o thy_o soul_n the_o remembrance_n of_o thy_o saviour_n nothing_o elso_n to_o do_v but_o always_o with_o our_o mouth_n and_o whole_a heart_n to_o praise_v our_o lord_n god_n o_o that_o thou_o may_v never_o have_v need_n to_o eat_v nor_o drink_v nor_o we_o taste_v of_o too_o seldom_o 9_o when_o a_o man_n come_v to_o that_o estate_n rhat_o he_o seek_v not_o his_o comfort_n from_o any_o creature_n then_o do_v he_o begin_v perfect_o to_o relish_v god_n then_o shall_v he_o be_v content_v with_o whatsoever_o do_v befall_v he_o in_o this_o world_n then_o shall_v he_o neither_o rejoice_v in_o great_a matter_n nor_o be_v sorrowful_a for_o small_a there_o be_v who_o be_v troublesome_a to_o other_o but_o always_o more_o troublesome_a to_o themselves_o and_o other_o there_o be_v that_o keep_v themselves_o in_o peace_n and_o labour_n to_o bring_v other_o unto_o peace_n our_o whole_a peace_n in_o this_o miserable_a life_n consist_v rather_o in_o humble_a suffering_n than_o in_o not_o feel_v adversity_n he_o that_o can_v best_o tell_v how_o to_o
