devout_o give_v thanks_n unto_o he_o and_o say_v almighty_a and_o everlasting_a god_n heavenly_a father_n we_o give_v thou_o humble_a thanks_n that_o thou_o have_v vouchsafe_v to_o call_v we_o to_o the_o knowledge_n of_o thy_o grace_n and_o faith_n in_o thou_o increase_v this_o knowledge_n and_o confirm_v this_o faith_n in_o we_o evermore_o give_v thy_o holy_a spirit_n to_o these_o infant_n and_o everlasting_o reward_v through_o thy_o mercy_n o_o blesssed_a lord_n god_n who_o do_v live_v and_o goverue_v all_o thing_n world_n without_o end_n amen_n almighty_a everliving_a god_n who_o not_o be_v ashamed_a to_o confess_v the_o faith_n of_o christ_n crucify_v and_o manful_o to_o fight_v under_o his_o banner_n against_o sin_n the_o world_n and_o the_o devil_n and_o to_o continue_v christ_n faithful_a soldier_n and_o servant_n unto_o his_o life_n end_n amen_n then_o shall_v the_o priest_n say_v see_v now_o dear_o belove_a brethren_n that_o these_o child_n be_v regenerate_v and_o graft_v into_o the_o body_n of_o christ_n congregation_n let_v we_o give_v thanks_o unto_o god_n for_o these_o benefit_n and_o with_o one_o accord_n make_v our_o prayer_n unto_o almighty_a god_n be_v inheritout_a of_o thy_o everlasting_a kingdom_n through_o christ_n our_o lord_n amen_n at_o the_o last_o end_n the_o priest_n call_v the_o godfather_n and_o godmother_n together_o shall_v say_v this_o exhortation_n follow_v forasmuch_o as_o these_o child_n have_v promise_v by_o you_o to_o forsake_v the_o devil_n and_o at_o his_o work_n to_o believe_v in_o god_n and_o to_o serve_v he_o you_o man_n ought_v to_o know_v and_o believe_v to_o his_o soul_n health_n and_o that_o these_o child_n may_v be_v virtuous_o bring_v up_o to_o lead_v a_o godly_a and_o a_o christian_a life_n remember_v always_o that_o baptism_n do_v represent_v unto_o we_o our_o profession_n which_o be_v to_o follow_v the_o example_n of_o our_o saviour_n christ_n and_o to_o be_v make_v like_o unto_o he_o that_o as_o he_o die_v and_z rise_v again_o for_o we_o so_o shall_v we_o which_o be_v baptize_v die_v from_o sin_n and_o rise_v again_o unto_o righteousness_n continual_o mortify_v all_o our_o evil_a and_o corrupt_a affection_n and_o daily_o proceed_v in_o all_o bertue_n and_o godliness_n of_o live_v the_o minister_n that_o command_n that_o the_o child_n be_v bring_v to_o the_o bishop_n to_o be_v confirm_v of_o he_o so_o soon_o as_o they_o can_v say_v in_o their_o vulgar_a tongue_n the_o article_n of_o the_o faith_n the_o lord_n prayer_n and_o the_o ten_o commandment_n and_o be_v further_o instruct_v in_o the_o catechism_n set_v forth_o for_o that_o purpose_n according_a as_o it_o be_v there_o express_v ¶_o of_o they_o that_o be_v to_o be_v baptize_v in_o private_a house_n in_o time_n of_o necessity_n by_o the_o minister_n of_o the_o parish_n or_o any_o other_o lawful_a minister_n that_o can_v be_v procure_v the_o pastor_n and_o curate_n shall_v often_o admonish_v the_o people_n
