consequent_o to_o be_v culpable_a and_o guilty_a of_o the_o body_n and_o blood_n of_o jesus_n christ_n but_o let_v they_o know_v which_o abstain_v of_o set_a purpose_n from_o the_o table_n of_o the_o not_o to_o be_v admit_v of_o they_o that_o sin_n against_o the_o first_o article_n of_o the_o first_o preparation_n which_o consist_v in_o true_a faith_n all_o atheist_n unbeliever_n &_o ignorant_a kingdom_n or_o depend_v thereupon_o all_o such_o as_o be_v not_o yet_o bring_v to_o be_v of_o the_o number_n of_o the_o church_n of_o god_n &_o have_v not_o make_v profession_n of_o their_o faith_n final_o all_o such_o as_o make_v it_o but_o a_o ordinary_a &_o common_a matter_n to_o swear_v by_o the_o name_n of_o god_n or_o by_o their_o faith_n &_o apply_v the_o same_o to_o vain_a &_o fruitless_a matter_n all_o such_o i_o say_v may_v not_o presume_v to_o touch_v the_o holy_a table_n of_o the_o lord_n because_o they_o have_v not_o true_a affiance_n and_o trust_n in_o god_n without_o the_o which_o we_o can_v not_o be_v member_n of_o jesus_n christ_n &_o so_o consequent_o can_v not_o be_v fit_a &_o able_a to_o receive_v life_n of_o he_o who_o be_v the_o only_a head_n and_o chief_a of_o all_o the_o faithful_a of_o those_o that_o sin_n against_o the_o second_o article_n of_o the_o second_o preparation_n which_o consist_v of_o repentance_n all_o such_o as_o lead_v a_o odious_a a_o impudent_a &_o a_o loose_a life_n all_o the_o contemner_n of_o god_n of_o his_o word_n &_o of_o his_o holy_a congregation_n all_o they_o that_o deny_v and_o blaspheme_v the_o name_n of_o god_n all_o such_o as_o contemn_v the_o correction_n &_o discipline_n of_o the_o church_n again_o they_o that_o ordinare_o frequent_a &_o haunt_v evil_a company_n they_o that_o walk_v in_o the_o council_n of_o the_o ungodly_a that_o stand_v in_o the_o way_n of_o sinner_n or_o sit_v in_o the_o cheer_n of_o the_o scornful_a final_o that_o give_v no_o hope_n of_o amendment_n of_o life_n or_o of_o renew_v of_o their_o mind_n that_o commit_v outrageous_a gross_a infamous_a &_o monstrous_a sin_n such_o as_o be_v punishable_a by_o the_o civil_a magistrate_n all_o these_o i_o say_v be_v know_v to_o be_v of_o so_o foul_a a_o race_n may_v not_o be_v admit_v to_o this_o supper_n and_o if_o they_o offer_v themselves_o they_o be_v to_o be_v refuse_v lest_o that_o which_o be_v holy_a be_v give_v to_o dog_n and_o to_o swine_n to_o the_o great_a dishonour_n of_o god_n and_o offence_n to_o the_o church_n and_o congregation_n of_o those_o that_o sin_n against_o the_o three_o article_n of_o the_o three_o preparation_n which_o consist_v in_o thanksgiving_n without_o true_a faith_n &_o unfeigned_a repentance_n we_o can_v be_v meet_a to_o publish_v the_o praise_n of_o god_n which_o will_v not_o be_v praise_v out_o of_o the_o mouth_n of_o the_o wicked_a &_o ungodly_a wherefore_o all_o they_o that_o be_v void_a and_o destitute_a of_o faith_n of_o knowledge_n &_o of_o repentance_n do_v also_o sin_v against_o this_o article_n and_o ought_v not_o to_o be_v receive_v at_o the_o lord_n table_n they_o also_o that_o be_v bereave_v of_o their_o wit_n &_o foolish_a by_o nature_n or_o by_o accident_n they_o that_o be_v under_o age_n as_o little_a child_n can_v not_o show_v forth_o the_o lord_n death_n until_o his_o come_n be_v all_o uncapable_a of_o his_o supper_n final_o they_o that_o through_o weakness_n unthankfulnes_n &_o want_v of_o take_v knowledge_n of_o god_n benefit_n have_v in_o the_o troublesome_a and_o heavy_a time_n of_o adversity_n forsake_v god_n cause_n &_o quarrel_n and_o
