than_o i_o do_v for_o i_o do_v well_o not_o because_o i_o expect_v any_o reward_n from_o god_n and_o i_o refrain_v from_o evil_a not_o for_o fear_n god_n shall_v see_v i_o or_o see_v i_o will_v punish_v i_o or_o that_o his_o person_n do_v take_v notice_n or_o mind_n i_o in_o it_o at_o all_o but_o i_o do_v well_o and_o refrain_v from_o evil_a to_o please_v the_o law_n write_v in_o my_o do_v well_o and_o when_o i_o do_v ill_a 15._o so_o i_o be_v justify_v by_o faith_n in_o my_o own_o conscience_n and_o be_v not_o condemn_v by_o the_o law_n write_v in_o my_o heart_n i_o have_v confidence_n to_o the_o throne_n of_o grace_n neither_o do_v i_o refrain_v from_o evil_a for_o fear_n god_n see_v i_o and_o so_o to_o punish_v i_o but_o i_o refrain_v from_o evil_a because_o the_o law_n in_o my_o heart_n see_v all_o my_o do_n and_o that_o watchman_n god_n have_v set_v there_o to_o watch_v i_o will_v tell_v god_n of_o all_o my_o do_n and_o that_o law_n will_v be_v the_o only_a accuser_n of_o conscience_n 16._o so_o that_o god_n need_v not_o to_o trouble_v himself_o to_o watch_v over_o every_o man_n and_o woman_n action_n himself_o but_o have_v place_v his_o law_n a_o watchman_n in_o every_o heart_n as_o above_o say_v 17._o thus_o in_o the_o original_a god_n take_v notice_n by_o his_o law_n not_o that_o i_o do_v own_o the_o law_n write_v in_o man_n heart_n to_o also_o as_o by_o scripture_n appear_v how_o that_o he_o that_o receive_v a_o prophet_n in_o god_n name_n receive_v he_o that_o send_v he_o and_o see_v god_n do_v not_o come_v to_o treat_v with_o man_n himself_o he_o send_v his_o prophet_n or_o ambassador_n in_o his_o stead_n and_o he_o be_v empower_v by_o he_o to_o make_v peace_n between_o god_n and_o man_n upon_o such_o article_n as_o the_o prophet_n and_o the_o people_n can_v agree_v on_o and_o thus_o 19_o whoever_o believe_v the_o prophet_n report_n shall_v be_v save_v and_o he_o that_o do_v not_o believe_v his_o prophet_n report_n shall_v be_v damn_v therefore_o it_o be_v say_v by_o esau_n who_o have_v believe_v our_o report_n and_o to_o who_o be_v the_o arm_n of_o the_o lord_n reveal_v so_o that_o god_n have_v place_v the_o be_v false_a also_o and_o if_o he_o be_v a_o false_a prophet_n than_o he_o shall_v be_v damn_v and_o he_o that_o believe_v he_o will_v be_v damn_v also_o 28._o for_o if_o a_o man_n be_v save_v by_o pine_v his_o faith_n upon_o a_o true_a prophet_n sleeve_n so_o by_o pine_v his_o faith_n upon_o a_o false_a prophet_n a_o man_n be_v damn_v this_o must_v and_o be_v venture_v by_o some_o for_o this_o peace_n he_o have_v in_o that_o faith_n be_v lose_v and_o another_o faith_n seek_v after_o for_o no_o man_n in_o the_o world_n can_v live_v but_o by_o a_o true_a faith_n or_o a_o false_a faith_n so_o that_o all_o man_n in_o the_o world_n do_v or_o must_v pin_v their_o faith_n upon_o some_o man_n sleeve_n or_o other_o or_o else_o there_o can_v be_v no_o peace_n at_o all_o 30._o but_o when_o their_o faith_n fail_v the_o peace_n
they_o have_v in_o that_o faith_n be_v lose_v and_o another_o faith_n seek_v after_o which_o faith_n pitch_v upon_o the_o dead_a letter_n of_o the_o scripture_n which_o yield_v no_o peace_n at_o all_o without_o a_o interpreter_n 31._o thus_o all_o man_n in_o the_o world_n must_v and_o do_v pin_n their_o faith_n upon_o some_o man_n sleeve_n or_o other_o else_o there_o can_v be_v no_o peace_n at_o chap._n ix_o the_o four_o five_o and_o six_o assertion_n answer_v 1._o to_o this_o four_o assertion_n i_o say_v who_o make_v any_o of_o you_o saint_n but_o the_o prophet_n only_o for_o as_o i_o say_v before_o no_o prophet_n no_o saint_n for_o though_o man_n and_o woman_n be_v elect_v in_o the_o seed_n in_o god_n elect_v power_n and_o may_v be_v save_v by_o election_n yet_o they_o can_v proper_o be_v call_v saint_n as_o aforesaid_a because_o he_o must_v first_o come_v actual_o to_o believe_v in_o a_o true_a prophet_n or_o true_a minister_n of_o christ_n for_o a_o saint_n can_v make_v a_o prophet_n but_o a_o prophet_n can_v make_v a_o wicked_a man_n a_o saint_n as_o i_o have_v do_v several_a 2._o furthermore_o who_o give_v any_o saint_n in_o these_o our_o day_n power_n to_o give_v sentence_n upon_o any_o man_n for_o blasphemy_n be_v it_o not_o the_o prophet_n now_o alive_a 3._o god_n give_v the_o saint_n no_o such_o power_n neither_o do_v john_n reeve_n give_v any_o such_o power_n to_o any_o saint_n all_o his_o day_n of_o his_o life_n neither_o do_v any_o saint_n give_v sentence_n upon_o any_o all_o his_o day_n 4._o now_o see_v the_o saint_n receive_v their_o power_n at_o the_o second_o hand_n subordinate_a to_o the_o power_n of_o a_o prophet_n and_o therefore_o a_o prophet_n have_v power_n to_o take_v off_o that_o sentence_n where_o and_o on_o who_o he_o please_v etc._n etc._n 10._o and_o as_o to_o the_o answer_n of_o the_o five_o assertion_n this_o i_o say_v who_o shall_v uphold_v a_o corrupt_a nature_a man_n but_o a_o prophet_n in_o case_n a_o corrupt_a nature_a man_n do_v believe_v the_o prophet_n than_o the_o prophet_n faith_n shall_v uphold_v he_o from_o the_o censure_v and_o judgement_n of_o those_o that_o look_n upon_o their_o own_o nature_n and_o tolerate_v every_o saint_n that_o if_o they_o can_v free_o forgive_v the_o defraud_n and_o deceive_n of_o such_o nature_a man_n they_o may_v take_v the_o law_n of_o they_o the_o law_n be_v open_a to_o right_v himself_o that_o be_v deceive_v or_o else_o let_v they_o trust_v such_o man_n no_o more_o 13._o but_o this_o i_o say_v i_o think_v you_o fault_n finder_n be_v the_o least_o defraud_a or_o deceive_v by_o those_o corrupt_a nature_a man_n of_o any_o prophet_n can_v give_v man_n honest_a heart_n that_o be_v not_o honest_a by_o nature_n and_o if_o they_o be_v honest_a by_o nature_n prophet_n can_v give_v they_o money_n to_o uphold_v their_o honesty_n 14._o neither_o can_v a_o prophet_n change_v corrupt_a nature_n for_o if_o the_o prophet_n can_v i_o will_v have_v change_v you_o and_o have_v make_v you_o more_o merciful_a to_o forgive_v the_o trespass_n of_o your_o brother_n of_o your_o own_o faith_n and_o not_o to_o rake_v up_o the_o sin_n of_o other_o and_o lay_v they_o as_o a_o charge_n against_o the_o prophet_n as_o if_o he_o be_v the_o cause_n of_o their_o defraud_n and_o deceit_n because_o i_o uphold_v they_o in_o peace_n of_o mind_n concern_v the_o nature_a man_n if_o his_o love_n be_v in_o he_o 16._o the_o six_o assertion_n answer_v which_o say_v though_o false_a worship_n be_v a_o idol_n yet_o with_o the_o prophet_n leave_v he_o may_v go_v to_o that_o worship_n blameless_a as_o to_o this_o i_o never_o do_v forbid_v any_o believer_n of_o this_o commission_n of_o the_o spirit_n from_o go_v to_o church_n neither_o do_v john_n reeve_n in_o his_o time_n they_o all_o go_v to_o church_n or_o to_o meeting_n john_n reeve_n nor_o i_o never_o lay_v any_o injunction_n upon_o any_o believer_n not_o to_o go_v to_o church_n 17._o but_o since_o i_o reprove_v they_o for_o it_o 18._o and_o because_o i_o do_v not_o advise_v nor_o command_v they_o to_o the_o contrary_a they_o be_v the_o more_o encourage_v but_o have_v not_o that_o peace_n in_o themselves_o as_o those_o have_v that_o do_v refrain_v not_o because_o of_o my_o dislike_n but_o because_o of_o their_o own_o peace_n of_o conscience_n but_o have_v no_o command_n from_o we_o to_o chap._n x._o the_o seven_o eight_o and_o nine_o assertion_n answer_v 1._o how_o shall_v man_n that_o do_v evil_a after_o the_o blessing_n be_v give_v be_v support_v if_o the_o prophet_n shall_v not_o support_v he_o suppose_v some_o that_o be_v under_o the_o blessing_n may_v borrow_v money_n of_o his_o brethren_n of_o the_o same_o faith_n and_o never_o pay_v they_o again_o other_o perhaps_o be_v he_o can_v borrow_v no_o more_o there_o neither_o will_v he_o forgive_v he_o free_o but_o look_v upon_o he_o though_o he_o be_v of_o his_o own_o faith_n but_o a_o paltry_a deceitful_a man_n and_o will_v have_v no_o more_o deal_v with_o he_o this_o be_v punishment_n enough_o where_o a_o honest_a heart_n be_v 3._o and_o where_o shall_v such_o a_o man_n be_v support_v but_o by_o the_o prophet_n for_o his_o brethren_n will_v not_o support_v he_o and_o the_o world_n condemn_v he_o for_o a_o base_a cheat_n and_o his_o own_o conscience_n condemn_v he_o and_o make_v he_o ashamed_a and_o where_o but_o such_o for_o legal_a righteous_a man_n need_v no_o support_n neither_o of_o god_n nor_o of_o the_o prophet_n for_o it_o have_v a_o blessing_n in_o itself_o in_o the_o very_a deed_n do_v 5._o therefore_o it_o be_v say_v that_o christ_n do_v justify_v the_o ungodly_a but_o not_o the_o legal_a righteous_a man_n but_o rather_o condemn_v he_o as_o the_o proud_a pharisee_v who_o boast_v of_o 7._o as_o to_o the_o eight_o assertion_n my_o answer_n be_v suppose_v christ_n when_o he_o be_v take_v and_o carry_v before_o pilate_n and_o when_o he_o be_v examine_v by_o he_o whether_o he_o be_v the_o christ_n the_o king_n of_o the_o jew_n if_o christ_n for_o fear_n of_o death_n shall_v have_v deny_v and_o say_v no_o i_o be_o not_o the_o son_n of_o god_n etc._n etc._n if_o this_o shall_v
