christendom_n now_o for_o the_o space_n of_o certain_a year_n &_o have_v exercise_v the_o pen_n and_o tongue_n almost_o of_o all_o learned_a man_n of_o this_o age_n with_o great_a vehemency_n on_o each_o side_n but_o sure_o if_o they_o will_v with_o single_a mind_n without_o heat_n of_o contention_n true_o consider_v how_o the_o fruit_n and_o benefit_n of_o this_o heavenly_a food_n be_v receive_v this_o controversy_n may_v be_v easy_o end_v and_o many_o a_o trouble_a conscience_n quiet_v which_o now_o almost_o only_o be_v by_o this_o mean_v stay_v from_o embrace_v the_o truth_n of_o the_o gospel_n they_o do_v not_o so_o great_o mislike_v the_o other_o part_n of_o our_o doctrine_n but_o this_o stick_v in_o their_o conscience_n that_o we_o deny_v the_o body_n and_o blood_n of_o life_n thereof_o and_o to_o put_v away_o death_n the_o lif_n of_o the_o body_n be_v the_o join_n of_o the_o soul_n and_o the_o body_n together_o and_o the_o death_n thereof_o be_v the_o separation_n of_o the_o soul_n from_o the_o body_n the_o mean_n to_o preserve_v the_o life_n of_o the_o body_n that_o be_v to_o continue_v the_o body_n and_o soul_n together_o be_v food_n and_o sustenance_n meat_n and_o drink_v for_o we_o daily_o and_o hourly_o do_v consume_v and_o the_o substance_n of_o our_o body_n waste_v by_o the_o pore_n of_o our_o skin_n so_o that_o when_o nature_n feel_v want_n of_o his_o office_n as_o in_o innocence_n of_o life_n second_o he_o justifi_v the_o truth_n of_o his_o doctrine_n and_o therefore_o require_v they_o to_o believe_v it_o if_o they_o will_v show_v themselves_o to_o be_v of_o god_n in_o deed_n this_o life_n deal_n of_o christ_n all_o christian_n general_o but_o especial_o bishop_n preacher_n and_o all_o such_o as_o be_v call_v to_o the_o ministry_n of_o the_o word_n aught_o to_o set_v before_o their_o eye_n as_o a_o right_a pattern_n of_o their_o doing_n if_o they_o will_v be_v the_o true_a minister_n of_o jesus_n christ_n and_o these_o two_o thing_n i_o mean_v which_o it_o god_n assistance_n to_o speak_v of_o at_o this_o time_n and_o in_o this_o order_n first_o sermon_n i_o will_v declare_v what_o the_o office_n of_o a_o preacher_n or_o minister_n be_v by_o his_o call_n and_o what_o danger_n hang_v over_o they_o if_o they_o do_v it_o not_o second_o because_o man_n may_v deal_v with_o good_a conscience_n and_o yet_o be_v subject_a to_o great_a infamy_n and_o sclaunder_n for_o even_o christ_n in_o this_o place_n notwithstanding_o his_o integrity_n hear_v of_o his_o adversaries_n nun_n bene_fw-la dicimus_fw-la
