christ_n the_o mediator_n in_o the_o behalf_n of_o his_o ransom_v once_o tit._n 1.2_o in_o hope_n of_o eternal_a life_n which_o god_n that_o can_v lie_v promise_v before_o the_o world_n begin_v god_n way_n of_o life_n preach_v and_o declare_v to_o you_o o_o that_o you_o may_v receive_v christ_n that_o you_o may_v believe_v on_o he_o that_o you_o may_v have_v everlasting_a life_n use_v 3_o here_o be_v matter_n of_o strong_a consolation_n to_o those_o that_o have_v believe_v on_o the_o son_n o_o let_v such_o rejoice_v in_o the_o grace_n of_o god_n the_o lord_n have_v abound_v towards_o they_o in_o his_o kindness_n through_o christ_n jesus_n it_o be_v true_a you_o may_v meet_v with_o many_o sorrow_n here_o in_o this_o world_n but_o rejoice_v in_o this_o that_o there_o be_v no_o those_o that_o be_v convince_v of_o their_o sin_n that_o be_v weary_a and_o heavy_a lade_v who_o conscience_n be_v press_v with_o the_o burden_n of_o their_o sin_n as_o if_o they_o have_v a_o heavy_a o_o behold_v the_o lamb_n of_o god_n that_o take_v away_o the_o sin_n of_o the_o world_n believe_v on_o the_o lord_n jesus_n and_o you_o shall_v be_v save_v and_o have_v everlasting_a life_n you_o be_v he_o shall_v not_o enjoy_v everlasting_a life_n he_o shall_v not_o enter_v into_o it_o he_o have_v no_o part_n in_o eternal_a life_n yea_o and_o for_o the_o present_a the_o wrath_n of_o god_n abide_v on_o he_o as_o to_o the_o state_n and_o condition_n wherein_o he_o be_v some_o take_v these_o word_n to_o be_v intend_v of_o those_o only_o who_o never_o to_o the_o last_o believe_v in_o christ_n that_o such_o shall_v not_o see_v life_n but_o the_o wrath_n of_o god_n abide_v on_o they_o this_o be_v true_a but_o because_o the_o apostle_n say_v even_o of_o the_o elect_n that_o they_o be_v by_o nature_n child_n of_o wrath_n even_o as_o other_o ephes_n 2.3_o we_o may_v take_v the_o word_n so_o that_o all_o whatsoever_o whilst_o unbeliever_n shall_v not_o see_v life_n but_o the_o wrath_n of_o god_n abide_v on_o they_o the_o elect_n though_o they_o be_v give_v to_o christ_n from_o eternity_n yet_o they_o be_v neither_o justify_v nor_o sanctify_v till_o they_o do_v believe_v in_o christ_n indeed_o the_o lord_n have_v thought_n of_o peace_n to_o they_o which_o shall_v be_v manifest_v in_o due_a time_n but_o they_o have_v sin_v as_o well_o as_o other_o they_o be_v under_o their_o nature_n against_o god_n all_o when_o they_o come_v to_o understanding_n be_v guilty_a of_o actual_a sin_n so_o that_o it_o can_v be_v that_o ever_o we_o shall_v see_v life_n but_o shall_v not_o believe_v on_o the_o name_n of_o the_o son_n of_o god_n application_n use_v 1_o learn_v hence_o that_o it_o be_v not_o incongruous_a or_o disagree_v to_o the_o prach_n of_o the_o gospel_n to_o hold_v forth_o threaten_n of_o wrath._n here_o john_n the_o baptist_n in_o thâ—s_n evangellical_a discourse_n of_o christ_n do_v hold_v forth_o most_o terrible_a threaten_n unto_o those_o that_o continue_v in_o the_o state_n of_o unbelief_n he_o say_v they_o shall_v not_o see_v life_n but_o the_o wrath_n of_o god_n abide_v on_o they_o and_o so_o our_o saviour_n when_o he_o send_v out_o the_o christ_n than_o we_o be_v make_v alive_a indeed_o for_o whereas_o we_o be_v under_o the_o sentence_n of_o death_n by_o the_o law_n now_o we_o be_v forgive_v all_o trespass_n and_o have_v the_o for_o it_o but_o he_o hope_v he_o shall_v do_v so_o no_o more_o if_o you_o know_v he_o come_v and_o speak_v this_o with_o a_o spirit_n of_o enmity_n and_o that_o he_o do_v maintain_v his_o enmity_n as_o full_o in_o his_o heart_n and_o mind_n as_o ever_o be_v you_o please_v with_o these_o confession_n no_o you_o abhor_v he_o the_o more_o because_o he_o come_v in_o a_o dissemble_a hipocritical_a
