i_o have_v draw_v such_o a_o man_n but_o he_o will_v not_o come_v and_o yet_o of_o the_o same_o person_n we_o say_v we_o can_v draw_v he_o in_o like_a manner_n we_o say_v i_o have_v persuade_v such_o a_o man_n and_o yet_o we_o say_v of_o the_o same_o man_n when_o our_o persuasion_n take_v not_o effect_n that_o i_o can_v persuade_v he_o so_o that_o he_o be_v persuade_v and_o yet_o he_o be_v not_o be_v convert_v they_o may_v believe_v that_o christ_n die_v for_o they_o seeing_z we_z we_o know_v that_o god_n will_v give_v repentance_n to_o none_o but_o such_o as_o chir_v dye_v for_o answ_n contrary_a and_o there_o be_v no_o need_n of_o christ_n prayer_n that_o unbeliever_n though_o elect_v shall_v be_v keep_v from_o the_o evil_a of_o the_o world_n for_o the_o world_n can_v not_o discern_v any_o thing_n in_o the_o elect_n during_o their_o unbelief_n which_o shall_v cause_v they_o to_o have_v a_o evil_a eye_n towards_o they_o and_o if_o by_o evil_n we_o understand_v the_o corruption_n of_o the_o world_n than_o they_o be_v of_o those_o that_o make_v the_o time_n corrupt_v and_o so_o christ_n will_v have_v pray_v his_o father_n to_o have_v deliver_v they_o out_o of_o the_o evil_a or_o wickedness_n of_o the_o world_n rather_o than_o to_o keep_v they_o from_o it_o and_o so_o the_o reason_n be_v evident_a by_o what_o have_v be_v say_v why_o christ_n exclude_v the_o unbelieving_a world_n out_o of_o his_o prayer_n see_v he_o take_v occasion_n from_o the_o enmity_n of_o the_o world_n against_o his_o people_n to_o make_v this_o prayer_n unto_o his_o father_n which_o prayer_n be_v in_o no_o sense_n proper_a for_o the_o unbelieving_a world_n and_o moreover_o he_o except_v the_o world_n in_o no_o other_o respect_n but_o as_o they_o be_v consider_v oppose_v their_o own_o salvation_n not_o that_o he_o will_v not_o have_v all_o to_o be_v save_v but_o that_o the_o world_n may_v not_o prevail_v against_o his_o work_n in_o hand_n the_o divulge_v of_o the_o gospel_n which_o be_v to_o be_v do_v by_o his_o disciple_n therefore_o be_v he_o so_o earnest_a for_o they_o that_o the_o evil_a of_o the_o world_n may_v not_o prevail_v over_o they_o in_o their_o ministry_n death_n in_o respect_n of_o itself_o for_o moses_n describe_v the_o righteousness_n of_o the_o law_n that_o the_o man_n which_o do_v these_o thing_n shall_v live_v by_o they_o rom._n 10.5_o but_o in_o respect_n of_o the_o weakness_n of_o man_n to_o perform_v it_o and_o paul_n put_v the_o gospel_n in_o opposition_n to_o the_o law_n say_v that_o the_o righteousness_n of_o faith_n speak_v on_o this_o wise_a say_v not_o in_o thy_o heart_n who_o shall_v ascend_v into_o heaven_n that_o be_v to_o bring_v christ_n down_o from_o above_o or_o who_o shall_v descend_v into_o the_o deep_a that_o be_v to_o bring_v up_o christ_n again_o from_o the_o dead_a but_o what_o say_v it_o the_o word_n be_v nigh_o thou_o even_o in_o thy_o mouth_n and_o in_o thy_o heart_n that_o be_v the_o word_n of_o faith_n unpossible_a and_o as_o far_o out_o of_o their_o power_n as_o it_o will_v be_v for_o they_o to_o ascend_v up_o to_o heaven_n to_o bring_v christ_n from_o above_o or_o descend_v into_o the_o deep_a to_o bring_v up_o christ_n again_o from_o the_o dead_a and_o whereas_o it_o be_v say_v to_o be_v nigh_o it_o may_v be_v more_o proper_o say_v to_o be_v far_o off_o so_o than_o the_o gospel_n be_v the_o ministry_n of_o life_n not_o in_o itself_o only_o but_o in_o respect_n of_o man_n power_n to_o believe_v it_o when_o it_o be_v preach_v or_o declare_v to_o they_o otherwise_o it_o will_v be_v all_o one_o to_o be_v under_o the_o law_n and_o under_o grace_n neither_o will_v the_o gospel_n bring_v salvation_n any_o more_o than_o the_o law_n tit._n 2.11_o but_o will_v avoidable_o cause_v wrath_n to_o come_v upon_o the_o son_n of_o man_n as_o the_o law_n do_v rom._n 4.15_o and_o will_v leave_v they_o under_o the_o dominion_n of_o sin_n as_o the_o law_n do_v rom._n 6_o 14._o for_o as_o enable_v they_o to_o keep_v the_o law_n for_o it_o be_v conceive_v that_o beside_o the_o preach_n of_o the_o gospel_n and_o god_n bear_v witness_n to_o it_o by_o sign_n and_o wonder_n there_o be_v a_o special_a and_o almighty_a power_n exercise_v by_o god_n in_o all_o they_o that_o do_v believe_v which_o power_n i_o say_v will_v have_v enable_v they_o to_o keep_v the_o law_n so_o that_o there_o will_v be_v no_o difference_n between_o the_o law_n and_o the_o gospel_n and_o so_o christ_n die_v in_o vain_a gal._n 2.21_o again_o god_n in_o the_o ministry_n of_o the_o gospel_n call_v all_o man_n
lamentation_n protestation_n and_o profession_n less_o than_o a_o endeavour_n by_o a_o mean_v sufficient_a to_o save_v they_o ob._n this_o be_v to_o overthrow_v free_a grace_n ans_fw-fr i_o do_v not_o hold_v it_o less_o free_a because_o i_o hold_v it_o more_o full_a neither_o can_v i_o conceive_v how_o it_o can_v be_v think_v the_o less_o free_a to_o any_o man_n because_o it_o be_v extend_v to_o have_v afford_v the_o gospel_n he_o will_v publish_v this_o glad_a tiding_n to_o all_o seeing_z without_o faith_n in_o his_o blood_n all_o man_n shall_v perish_v for_o who_o he_o die_v for_o he_o that_o believe_v not_o shall_v be_v damn_v mark_n 16.16_o and_o there_o be_v salvation_n in_o no_o other_o neither_o be_v there_o any_o other_o name_n under_o heaven_n give_v among_o man_n whereby_o and_o be_v in_o the_o love_n and_o favour_n of_o god_n it_o be_v but_o a_o little_a and_o they_o be_v in_o another_o temper_n otherwise_o dispose_v and_o then_o they_o cast_v away_o all_o peace_n and_o comfort_n and_o will_v by_o no_o mean_n entertain_v any_o thought_n of_o the_o love_n and_o grace_n of_o god_n to_o such_o sinful_a wretch_n as_o they_o be_v what_o be_v this_o but_o to_o put_v their_o preparation_n qualification_n and_o disposition_n in_o the_o place_n of_o christ_n and_o so_o to_o live_v and_o die_v as_o those_o appear_v or_o be_v withdraw_v hence_o it_o be_v that_o so_o many_o poor_a soul_n be_v distract_v for_o want_n of_o the_o apprehension_n of_o the_o love_n and_o grace_n of_o god_n towards_o they_o in_o christ_n that_o some_o of_o they_o be_v continual_o tosle_v up_o and_o down_o one_o day_n lift_v up_o to_o heaven_n and_o another_o day_n cast_v down_o to_o hell_n in_o their_o own_o apprehension_n other_o continual_o cast_v of_o comfort_n all_o their_o day_n be_v so_o terrify_v with_o horror_n and_o amazement_n of_o spirit_n that_o they_o be_v unserviceable_a to_o god_n and_o man_n of_o which_o many_o destroy_v themselves_o and_o other_o hardly_o escape_v whereof_o we_o have_v woeful_a and_o continual_a experience_n many_o sweet_a and_o excellent_a spirit_n have_v be_v possess_v with_o those_o dangerous_a doctrine_n which_o be_v destructive_a to_o the_o manifestation_n of_o the_o love_n of_o god_n unto_o they_o it_o be_v time_n for_o man_n now_o to_o awake_v out_o of_o sleep_n and_o to_o abandon_v these_o horrid_a opinion_n and_o not_o to_o opinion_n be_v not_o in_o the_o like_a distemper_n and_o distraction_n that_o other_o be_v see_v they_o be_v teach_v to_o deny_v that_o doctrine_n which_o be_v the_o ground_n of_o true_a peace_n and_o comfort_n the_o universal_a love_n and_o grace_n of_o god_n in_o christ_n towards_o mankind_n i_o have_v demand_v of_o some_o that_o deny_v the_o love_n of_o god_n in_o give_v christ_n for_o all_o how_o they_o know_v christ_n die_v for_o they_o they_o answer_v because_o god_n have_v persuade_v their_o heart_n to_o believe_v which_o in_o effect_n be_v they_o believe_v because_o they_o believe_v but_o true_a faith_n cloze_v immediate_o with_o god_n in_o his_o word_n god_n have_v speak_v and_o therefore_o i_o believe_v be_v the_o voice_n of_o faith_n and_o not_o i_o believe_v and_o therefore_o and_o indeed_o be_v their_o doctrine_n true_a that_o christ_n die_v only_o for_o some_o i_o shall_v agree_v with_o they_o for_o it_o will_v of_o necessity_n follow_v that_o no_o man_n can_v believe_v see_v god_n in_o the_o dispensation_n of_o the_o gospel_n speak_v to_o all_o man_n in_o general_a but_o to_o no_o man_n in_o particular_a or_o by_o name_n yet_o they_o say_v that_o they_o believe_v
