the_o same_o warrant_n then_o and_o there_o before_o the_o same_o assault_n make_v give_v notice_n by_o virtue_n of_o the_o same_o warrant_n then_o and_o there_o require_v the_o same_o w.c._n that_o battery_n declaration_n in_o assault_n and_o battery_n etc._n etc._n for_o that_o he_o such_o a_o day_n and_o year_n by_o force_n and_o arm_n on_o he_o the_o say_v r._n at_o westminster_n in_o the_o extraordinary_a effusion_n of_o blood_n out_o of_o the_o same_o wound_n flow_v and_o arise_v fall_v into_o great_a sickness_n and_o weakness_n of_o his_o body_n then_o and_o there_o and_o stand_v in_o great_a danger_n of_o lose_v of_o his_o life_n by_o reason_n thereof_o for_o a_o great_a time_n that_o be_v to_o say_v for_o the_o space_n of_o one_o month_n than_o next_o follow_v as_o also_o divers_a great_a sum_n of_o money_n for_o his_o heal_n and_o cure_v there_o in_o that_o behalf_n to_o lay_v out_o and_o spend_v then_o and_o there_o be_v force_v and_o compel_v and_o divers_a difficult_a business_n of_o he_o the_o say_v r._n then_o to_o be_v do_v and_o finish_v by_o the_o aforesaid_a space_n of_o one_o month_n remain_v undo_v and_o other_o harm_n etc._n etc._n against_o the_o peace_n etc._n etc._n to_o the_o damage_n etc._n etc._n and_o the_o aforesaid_a i._n h._n by_o w._n astrie_n his_o attorney_n come_v and_o defend_v the_o force_n and_o injury_n when_o etc._n tithe_n and_o further_o whereas_o in_o the_o statute_n of_o the_o late_a king_n edw._n the_o 6_o in_o the_o second_o year_n of_o his_o reign_n among_o other_o thing_n firm_o it_o remain_v that_o no_o person_n shall_v sue_v or_o otherwise_o compel_v to_o render_v give_v or_o pay_v tyth_n for_o any_o manor_n land_n tenement_n or_o hereditament_n which_o by_o the_o law_n and_o statute_n of_o this_o kingdom_n of_o england_n or_o by_o any_o privilege_n or_o prescription_n be_v not_o chargeable_a with_o the_o payment_n of_o any_o such_o tithe_n of_o hay_n thereupon_o grow_v take_v
