or_o subcollectour_n or_o presentour_n of_o the_o say_a subsedye_n or_o of_o any_o part_n thereof_o nor_o no_o commyssyoner_n shall_v be_v compel_v to_o make_v any_o presentement_n or_o certificate_n other_o then_o in_o the_o queen_n majesty_n say_v exchequer_n of_o for_o or_o concern_v the_o say_a subsedye_n or_o any_o part_n thereof_o and_o likewise_o that_o no_o other_o parson_n that_o shall_v be_v name_v or_o assign_v to_o be_v commissioner_n in_o any_o place_n to_z and_o for_o the_o execution_n of_o this_o act_n of_o subsedye_n be_v or_o shall_v be_v assign_v or_o name_v head_n collector_n of_o any_o of_o the_o payment_n of_o the_o say_a subsedye_n neither_o of_o any_o part_n thereof_o and_o that_o every_o such_o parson_n or_o parson_n which_o shall_v be_v name_v and_o appoint_v as_o be_v aforesaid_a to_o be_v head_n collector_n in_o and_o for_o the_o first_o payment_n of_o this_o subsedye_n shall_v not_o be_v compel_v to_o be_v collectour_n for_o the_o second_o payment_n of_o the_o say_a subsedye_n or_o for_o any_o part_n thereof_o and_o the_o say_a collector_n which_o shall_v be_v assign_v for_o the_o collection_n of_o the_o say_a subsedye_n or_o for_o any_o part_n thereof_o and_o every_o of_o they_o be_v and_o shall_v be_v acquit_v and_o discharge_v of_o all_o manner_n fee_n reward_n and_o of_o every_o other_o charge_n in_o the_o queen_n majesty_n exchequer_n or_o else_o where_o of_o they_o or_o of_o any_o of_o they_o by_o reason_n of_o that_o collection_n payment_n or_o account_n or_o any_o thing_n concern_v the_o same_o to_o be_v ask_v and_o that_o if_o any_o parson_n receive_v or_o take_v any_o fee_n reward_n or_o pleasure_n of_o any_o such_o accomptaunt_a that_o then_o he_o shall_v forfeit_v to_o the_o queen_n majesty_n for_o every_o penny_n or_o value_n of_o every_o penye_n so_o take_v u.s_n and_o suffer_v imprisonment_n at_o the_o queen_n majesty_n pleasure_n and_o after_o the_o taxing_n and_o assess_v of_o the_o say_a subsedye_n as_o be_v aforesaid_a have_v or_o make_v and_o the_o say_a extracte_n thereof_o in_o parchment_n unto_o the_o collectour_n in_o manner_n and_o form_n before_o rehearse_v deliver_v the_o say_v commissioner_n which_o shall_v take_v upon_o they_o thexecution_n of_o this_o act_n within_o the_o limit_n of_o their_o commission_n by_o their_o agremente_n shall_v have_v meet_v together_o at_o which_o meeting_n every_o of_o the_o say_a commissioner_n which_o then_o shall_v have_v take_v upon_o they_o the_o execution_n of_o any_o part_n of_o the_o say_a commission_n shall_v by_o himself_o or_o by_o his_o sufficient_a deputy_n true_o certify_v and_o bring_v forth_o unto_o the_o say_a commyssyoner_n name_v in_o the_o say_a commission_n the_o certificate_n and_o presentment_n make_v before_o he_o and_o such_o other_o commissioner_n as_o be_v limit_v with_o he_o in_o one_o limit_v so_o that_o the_o same_o certificate_n may_v be_v account_v and_o cast_v with_o the_o other_o certificate_n of_o the_o other_o limit_n within_o the_o same_o commission_n &_o then_o the_o say_a commissioner_n &_o every_o number_n of_o they_o unto_o two_o at_o the_o least_o as_o be_v aforesaid_a if_o any_o be_v in_o life_n or_o their_o executour_n or_o administratour_n of_o their_o good_n if_o they_o then_o be_v dead_a shall_v joint_o and_o several_o as_o they_o be_v divide_v within_o their_o limit_n under_o their_o seal_n by_o their_o discression_n make_v one_o or_o several_a wyrtynge_n indent_v contain_v in_o it_o aswell_o the_o name_n of_o the_o say_a collector_n by_o the_o commissioner_n for_o such_o collection_n &_o account_n in_o the_o exchequer_n and_o payment_n in_o the_o say_a receipt_n depute_a and_o assign_v as_o the_o gross_a and_o several_a sum_n write_v unto_o every_o such_o collectour_n to_o receive_v the_o say_a subsedye_n and_o also_o all_o fine_n amerciament_n &_o other_o forfeyture_n if_o any_o such_o by_o reason_n of_o this_o act_n happen_v to_o be_v within_o the_o precinct_n and_o limit_v of_o their_o
