method_n the_o law_n shall_v have_v carve_v out_o their_o relief_n and_o remedy_n for_o they_o but_o they_o be_v for_o go_v by_o a_o new_a fancy_n of_o their_o own._n my_o lord_n the_o law_n continue_v thus_o and_o be_v practise_v so_o till_o the_o 3._o hen._n 7._o where_o the_o grievance_n be_v find_v that_o offence_n in_o the_o interval_n of_o parliament_n can_v not_o be_v well_o court_n and_o have_v it_o punish_v my_o lord_n they_o find_v fault_n with_o the_o word_n in_o the_o information_n and_o they_o say_v why_o be_v these_o word_n put_v in_o seditious_a malicious_a if_o the_o matter_n be_v libellous_a and_o seditious_a we_o may_v lawful_o say_v it_o and_o it_o be_v no_o more_o than_o the_o law_n speak_v it_o result_v out_o of_o the_o matter_n itself_o and_o if_o it_o be_v a_o libellous_a paper_n the_o law_n say_v it_o be_v malicious_o and_o seditious_o do_v and_o these_o gentleman_n need_v not_o quarrel_n with_o we_o for_o so_o be_v all_o the_o information_n in_o all_o time_n past_a and_o it_o be_v no_o more_o than_o the_o vi_o &_o armis_fw-la which_o be_v common_a form._n it_o may_v be_v say_v how_o can_v the_o publish_n of_o a_o libel_n be_v say_v to_o be_v error_n or_o by_o natural_a appeal_n from_o any_o of_o the_o other_o court_n or_o by_o adjournment_n and_o there_o be_v any_o judgement_n give_v that_o be_v a_o declaration_n in_o parliament_n and_o may_v be_v fair_o so_o call_v so_o likewise_o there_o be_v another_o judicial_a declaration_n which_o be_v when_o any_o thing_n come_v before_o the_o lord_n judicial_o upon_o a_o impeachment_n of_o great_a skill_n in_o parliament_n matter_n but_o true_o there_o need_v no_o great_a skill_n in_o matter_n where_o the_o law_n be_v so_o plain_a a_o peer_n they_o agree_v may_v be_v in_o prison_n for_o treason_n felony_n or_o breach_n of_o the_o peace_n but_o that_o breach_n of_o the_o peace_n i_o say_v they_o be_v where_o the_o law_n require_v surety_n of_o the_o peace_n but_o be_v there_o any_o certainty_n where_o surety_n of_o the_o peace_n shall_v be_v require_v and_o where_o not_o then_o i_o will_v put_v this_o cafe_z these_o lord_n have_v contrive_v and_o publish_v a_o seditious_a libel_n against_o the_o king_n and_o his_o government_n and_o whether_o this_o be_v not_o such_o a_o breach_n of_o the_o peace_n as_o will_v require_v surety_n of_o the_o peace_n be_v the_o question_n before_o you_o and_o it_o plain_o appear_v to_o be_v so_o in_o sir_n baptist_n hick_n case_n in_o hobbart_n if_o a_o man_n write_v a_o private_a letter_n provoke_v another_o to_o fight_v although_o there_o be_v no_o fight_v this_o be_v a_o breach_n of_o the_o peace_n now_o a_o letter_n can_v do_v no_o wrong_n in_o that_o kind_n but_o as_o it_o incite_v and_o stir_v up_o to_o fight_v which_o likewise_o my_o lord_n of_o pembrooke_n case_n who_o go_v to_o a_o disorderly_a house_n and_o there_o fright_v some_o people_n and_o we_o move_v the_o court_n and_o have_v a_o attachment_n against_o desire_v may_v be_v read_v if_o they_o have_v any_o thing_n to_o plead_v to_o it_o their_o time_n for_o that_o will_v come_v after_o it_o be_v read_v if_o they_o think_v they_o have_v be_v illegal_o to_o plead_v may_v be_v such_o as_o that_o he_o have_v not_o time_n to_o put_v into_o form_n there_o may_v be_v matter_n upon_o the_o hear_n the_o information_n read_v that_o it_o will_v be_v for_o a_o wittness_n to_o say_v he_o know_v the_o hand_n of_o the_o party_n very_o well_o for_o he_o have_v often_o see_v his_o handwriting_n or_o receive_v lettter_n from_o he_o and_o if_o you_o show_v he_o the_o thing_n that_o you_o will_v prove_v to_o be_v his_o hand_n and_o he_o say_v i_o do_v believe_v this_o to_o be_v his_o hand_n for_o this_o reason_n because_o i_o have_v have_v other_o thing_n of_o his_o write_n certain_o in_o the_o experience_n of_o any_o man_n that_o have_v practise_v this_o be_v a_o evidence_n that_o be_v give_v every_o day_n and_o allow_v for_o evidence_n for_o man_n that_o have_v be_v produce_v that_o have_v be_v conversant_a with_o these_o lord_n and_o acquaint_v with_o their_o handwriting_n and_o who_o as_o your_o lordship_n see_v be_v not_o willing_a man_n to_o give_v evidence_n they_o avoid_v it_o as_o much_o as_o they_o can_v and_o they_o swear_v it_o all_o to_o be_v the_o handwriting_n of_o the_o archbishop_n of_o canterbury_n as_o they_o believe_v which_o be_v as_o far_o as_o any_o man_n can_v swear_v one_o say_v the_o whole_a body_n of_o the_o paper_n be_v my_o lord_n of_o canterbury_n hand_n and_o he_o know_v it_o very_o well_o so_o that_o we_o be_v not_o upon_o a_o single_a name_n but_o a_o whole_a paper_n that_o contain_v many_o line_n and_o this_o be_v as_o much_o as_o can_v be_v prove_v by_o any_o one_o that_o do_v not_o see_v the_o thing_n write_v then_o my_o lord_n for_o the_o rest_n of_o the_o company_n the_o evidence_n be_v not_o so_o strong_a against_o every_o one_o of_o they_o as_o it_o be_v against_o my_o lord_n archbishop_n but_o be_v strong_a enough_o certain_o to_o convict_v they_o of_o what_o we_o accuse_v they_o of_o and_o pray_v my_o lord_n what_o be_v the_o objection_n in_o sidney_n case_n but_o what_o have_v be_v mention_v here_o that_o any_o man_n hand_n may_v be_v counterfeit_v i_o remember_v in_o that_o case_n there_o be_v one_o mr._n wharton_n a_o young_a gentleman_n then_o in_o the_o court_n that_o undertake_v to_o the_o court_n that_o he_o will_v counterfeit_n that_o hand_n present_o and_o he_o that_o be_v to_o swear_v the_o comparison_n shall_v not_o know_v which_o be_v the_o
