about_o the_o original_n of_o the_o power_n of_o king_n he_o first_o contend_v that_o the_o power_n be_v from_o god_n and_o that_o he_o need_v not_o contend_v for_o we_o grant_v that_o the_o power_n not_o only_o of_o king_n but_o of_o all_o lawful_a authority_n be_v god_n ordinance_n but_o that_o such_o and_o such_o man_n shall_v have_v this_o power_n and_o how_o much_o of_o this_o power_n shall_v be_v put_v upon_o this_o man_n and_o how_o much_o upon_o that_o that_o be_v from_o man_n hence_o it_o be_v very_o observable_a when_o the_o apostle_n speak_v of_o the_o power_n rom._n 13._o he_o say_v it_o be_v of_o god_n buâ—_n when_o peter_n speak_v of_o the_o man_n upon_o who_o that_o power_n be_v put_v whether_o king_n or_o thoâ—â—_n send_v by_o he_o he_o say_v that_o be_v a_o humnne_n ordinance_n 1_o pet._n 2._o 13._o yea_o a_o humane_a creation_n 〈◊〉_d the_o word_n be_v 〈◊〉_d 〈◊〉_d 〈◊〉_d 〈◊〉_d 〈◊〉_d rea_n the_o d._n grant_v this_o that_o though_o the_o power_n be_v from_o god_n yet_o the_o design_v the_o person_n to_o bear_v that_o power_n yea_o and_o the_o qualification_n and_o limitation_n be_v from_o man_n by_o the_o law_n make_v with_o consent_n the_o supreme_a magistrate_n be_v call_v the_o minister_n of_o god_n rom._n 13._o we_o acknowledge_v he_o so_o he_o be_v also_o say_v in_o the_o same_o place_n to_o minister_v for_o thy_o good_a i_o have_v say_v you_o be_v go_n ans_fw-fr this_o be_v true_a of_o inferior_a magistrate_n as_o well_o as_o superior_a and_o yet_o none_o will_v say_v bâ—_n inferior_n may_v be_v resist_v his_o conclusion_n be_v in_o this_o sect._n that_o though_o the_o power_n be_v of_o god_n yet_o the_o person_n design_v and_o the_o qualification_n of_o power_n in_o several_a form_n of_o government_n &_o limitation_n this_o be_v by_o the_o law_n of_o man_n this_o be_v as_o much_o as_o we_o desire_v many_o go_v no_o further_a than_o thâ—_n designation_n of_o the_o person_n to_o be_v from_o man_n but_o the_o d._n be_v more_o fair_a he_o say_v the_o qualification_n be_v from_o man_n also_o if_o so_o mark_v what_o follow_v than_o no_o man_n can_v have_v any_o of_o this_o rul_a power_n but_o according_a as_o he_o be_v design_v to_o it_o qualify_v for_o it_o limit_v in_o it_o by_o man_n whatsoever_o the_o name_n be_v by_o which_o you_o call_v he_o emperor_z king_n prince_z duke_z lord_n etc._n etc._n sect_n iv._o this_o sect._n be_v about_o the_o power_n of_o people_n to_o reassume_a what_o power_n they_o have_v confer_v upon_o magistrate_n although_o god_n power_n yet_o confer_v by_o they_o he_o argue_v thus_o if_o the_o power_n be_v god_n than_o people_n can_v reassume_a if_o the_o king_n give_v power_n to_o a_o inferior_a magistrate_n the_o power_n that_o this_o magistrate_n ans_fw-fr have_v be_v likewise_o from_o god_n for_o so_o the_o scripture_n say_v rom._n 13._o all_o power_n be_v from_o god_n may_v not_o this_o power_n be_v re-assumed_n therefore_o let_v none_o put_v this_o off_o with_o say_v but_o people_n be_v not_o above_o king_n as_o king_n be_v above_o inferior_a magistrate_n for_o that_o be_v nothing_o to_o the_o argument_n the_o argument_n that_o he_o make_v be_v this_o if_o the_o power_n be_v of_o god_n it_o can_v be_v re-assumed_n now_o the_o answer_n be_v that_o the_o power_n of_o inferior_a magistrate_n be_v of_o god_n and_o yet_o it_o may_v be_v re-assumed_n therefore_o his_o consequence_n be_v not_o good_a further_o
