with_o they_o and_o not_o of_o the_o savour_n of_o he_o who_o give_v reward_n again_o if_o they_o have_v any_o punishment_n for_o not_o keep_v of_o the_o law_n they_o due_o suffer_v it_o for_o their_o just_a desert_n in_o which_o thing_n they_o be_v liken_v to_o a_o daily_a workman_n which_o if_o he_o work_v and_o make_v a_o end_n of_o his_o charge_n and_o appoint_a task_n he_o have_v his_o wage_n righteousness_n and_o without_o all_o the_o ceremony_n of_o the_o law_n shall_v now_o attain_v to_o the_o same_o righteousness_n which_o be_v not_o the_o righteousness_n of_o the_o jew_n that_o have_v only_o but_o the_o shadow_n of_o true_a righteousness_n but_o it_o be_v in_o deed_n the_o very_a righteousness_n of_o god_n himself_o and_o that_o not_o through_o the_o ceremony_n of_o the_o law_n but_o by_o their_o only_a faith_n through_o which_o they_o submit_v themselves_o to_o the_o goodness_n and_o mercy_n of_o god_n but_o contrariwise_o the_o jew_n follow_v the_o law_n of_o righteousness_n carnal_o fall_v and_o promise_a righteousness_n to_o themselves_o by_o the_o same_o law_n through_o their_o ceremony_n and_o observance_n can_v not_o attain_v unto_o this_o true_a righteousness_n in_o god_n because_o they_o do_v forsake_v chryst_n in_o who_o and_o for_o who_o be_v all_o the_o say_n of_o the_o holy_a
excellency_n of_o which_o precious_a and_o inestimable_a treasure_n neither_o the_o law_n of_o the_o jew_n neither_o the_o precept_n of_o your_o philosophy_n or_o fantastical_a imagination_n can_v once_o possible_o attain_v or_o bring_v to_o pass_v sickness_n howbeit_o it_o be_v first_o preach_v to_o the_o jew_n and_o after_o to_o the_o gentile_a in_o my_o opinion_n he_o be_v very_o far_o from_o healthful_a state_n which_o in_o sickness_n neither_o know_v what_o his_o disease_n be_v neither_o wot_v where_o to_o seek_v redress_n for_o the_o same_o many_o heretofore_o in_o the_o blindness_n of_o their_o heart_n have_v think_v that_o their_o justification_n or_o state_n to_o salvation_n do_v stand_v in_o the_o superstitious_a worship_v of_o vain_a image_n or_o else_o in_o the_o outward_a observance_n of_o moses_n law_n flow_v but_o the_o only_a true_a and_o sure_a justification_n flow_v mere_o and_o simple_o out_o of_o the_o faith_n which_o we_o have_v in_o our_o lord_n jesus_n chryst_n for_o if_o man_n will_v confess_v that_o god_n have_v already_o true_o perform_v unto_o we_o through_o his_o dear_a son_n all_o such_o thing_n as_o be_v before_o promise_v of_o he_o in_o the_o book_n of_o the_o prophet_n undoubted_o the_o certainty_n of_o that_o faith_n and_o true_a trust_n sufficient_o justify_v all_o man_n unto_o eternal_a salvation_n 10._o the_o just_a man_n say_v abacuc_n shall_v live_v by_o his_o faith_n but_o whereas_o in_o time_n pass_v god_n have_v seem_v to_o wink_v or_o rather_o in_o deed_n to_o sleep_v at_o the_o sin_n and_o iniquity_n of_o not_o true_o apply_v it_o to_o piety_n and_o godly_a live_n but_o still_o do_v continue_v in_o the_o beastliness_n of_o their_o former_a iniquity_n to_o heap_v just_o upon_o themselves_o the_o fierce_a wrath_n of_o god_n and_o further_o because_o they_o now_o perceive_v and_o know_v more_o and_o more_o the_o secret_n and_o high_a mystery_n of_o the_o kingdom_n and_o grace_n of_o god_n 18._o than_o the_o multitude_n of_o the_o common_a people_n do_v yet_o they_o do_v no_o less_o unthankful_o receive_v it_o and_o give_v it_o their_o careless_a and_o negligent_a flippe_n than_o though_o they_o know_v nothing_o thereof_o at_o all_o and_o though_o it_o be_v impossible_a whole_o and_o thorough_o to_o know_v the_o high_a majesty_n of_o the_o immortal_a god_n yet_o as_o much_o as_o be_v possible_a and_o sufficient_a for_o man_n to_o know_v the_o jew_n of_o all_o other_o nation_n have_v have_v the_o grace_n offer_v of_o true_a instruction_n for_o the_o which_o they_o shall_v most_o high_o have_v thank_v and_o praise_v their_o god_n in_o asmuch_o as_o it_o be_v his_o own_o teach_n in_o the_o book_n of_o the_o prophet_n wherein_o he_o speak_v only_o to_o the_o jew_n to_o the_o great_a admiration_n of_o all_o the_o whole_a world_n beside_o yea_o and_o although_o god_n himself_o be_v a_o invisible_a god_n and_o not_o to_o be_v right_o comprehend_v of_o flesh_n and_o blood_n god._n yet_o he_o be_v not_o altogether_o above_o our_o godly_a imagination_n and_o understanding_n but_o do_v appear_v wonderful_o unto_o we_o by_o the_o same_o understanding_n as_o it_o be_v by_o a_o figure_n or_o in_o a_o glass_n and_o that_o by_o the_o mighty_a strange_a and_o marvelous_a workmanship_n of_o this_o present_a work_n and_o by_o the_o government_n of_o the_o same_o end_v of_o the_o which_o although_o there_o be_v a_o beginning_n and_o shall_v also_o have_v a_o end_n yet_o notwithstanding_o the_o wonderful_a make_n and_o direction_n thereof_o declare_v most_o plain_o the_o virtue_n and_o great_a majesty_n of_o the_o maker_n not_o to_o be_v as_o his_o creature_n but_o show_v himself_o thereby_o neither_o to_o have_v have_v beginning_n neither_o yet_o to_o have_v any_o and_o not_o only_o of_o man_n but_o also_o of_o brute_n beast_n and_o fowl_n and_o that_o more_o abominable_a be_v of_o venomous_a serpent_n creep_v and_o noisome_a vermin_n of_o the_o earth_n in_o such_o sort_n of_o prodigious_a and_o most_o monstrous_a idolatry_n god_n give_v they_o over_o suffer_v they_o to_o fall_v and_o to_o wallow_v like_o most_o filthy_a swine_n in_o all_o such_o unclenlinesse_n abomination_n and_o most_o abominable_a filthiness_n that_o they_o in_o continuance_n of_o time_n defile_v their_o own_o body_n with_o the_o most_o unclean_a sin_n and_o horrible_a filth_n of_o the_o sodomite_n and_o most_o beastly_a do_n against_o nature_n 14._o certain_o god_n do_v suffer_v they_o to_o fall_v into_o these_o abomination_n not_o without_o great_a cause_n which_o for_o their_o pride_n sake_n stoutness_n and_o vainglory_n christ_n make_v of_o the_o almighty_a true_a and_o everliving_a god_n a_o counterfeit_v most_o miserable_a &_o dead_a idol_n wrought_v with_o the_o hand_n of_o wretched_a man_n &_o all_o that_o they_o do_v be_v utter_o against_o the_o hair_n perverse_a most_o monstrous_a and_o clean_o out_o of_o all_o order_n for_o they_o honour_v i_o say_v of_o the_o jew_n 18._o thus_o against_o nature_n and_o most_o wretched_o to_o abuse_v their_o own_o flesh_n but_o also_o their_o wife_n in_o the_o uncleanness_n of_o their_o heart_n to_o relinquish_v the_o natural_a use_n of_o their_o husband_n and_o to_o become_v most_o miserable_a and_o filthy_a sinner_n against_o nature_n that_o be_v as_o the_o man_n do_v so_o they_o also_o do_v most_o filth_o idolatry_n and_o the_o common_a enormity_n that_o be_v daily_o amongst_o they_o beside_o other_o abominable_a wickedness_n withdraw_v which_o be_v not_o here_o name_v be_v these_o they_o be_v full_a of_o unrighteous_a do_n give_v to_o fornication_n wickedness_n covetousness_n maliciousness_n full_a of_o envy_n murder_n debate_n deceit_n evil_o condition_v whisperer_n backebiter_n hater_n of_o god_n doer_n of_o wrong_n proud_a boaster_n bringer_n up_o of_o evil_a thing_n disobedient_a to_o father_n and_o mother_n without_o understanding_n covenant_n breaker_n unloving_a truce_n breaker_n and_o merciless_a they_o therefore_o which_o know_v that_o there_o be_v a_o god_n neglect_v and_o have_v the_o light_n of_o his_o grace_n offer_v unto_o they_o and_o will_v not_o thankful_o recoyve_v it_o &_o practice_v it_o in_o conversation_n but_o turn_v their_o heart_n to_o wickedness_n and_o abomination_n let_v they_o also_o assure_o know_v that_o the_o same_o god_n be_v also_o most_o just_a and_o will_v suffer_v all_o those_o to_o fall_v into_o such_o like_a accurse_a and_o semblable_a misery_n that_o forsake_v his_o holy_a doctrine_n for_o their_o own_o foolish_a imagination_n or_o device_n of_o man_n 7._o not_o only_o all_o the_o worker_n thereof_o themselves_o but_o also_o all_o the_o whole_a filthy_a hand_n of_o all_o the_o like_a sinful_a consenter_n the_o two_o chapter_n shall_v by_o thou_o only_o have_v all_o the_o honour_n and_o glory_n and_o although_o no_o man_n iniquity_n can_v in_o deed_n dishonour_n god_n yet_o thou_o do_v as_o much_o as_o in_o thou_o lie_v to_o dishonour_v he_o of_o the_o like_a sort_n of_o man_n 36._o the_o holy_a prophet_n héertofore_o have_v speak_v as_o it_o be_v write_v in_o isaiah_n and_o ezechiel_n the_o name_n of_o the_o lord_n the_o most_o high_a and_o chief_a felicity_n the_o three_o chapter_n ¶_o paul_n show_v what_o preferment_n the_o jew_n have_v and_o that_o both_o the_o jew_n and_o gentile_n be_v under_o sin_n and_o be_v only_o justify_v by_o the_o grace_n of_o god_n in_o christ_n but_o here_o will_v some_o man_n say_v see_v the_o sum_n of_o the_o law_n depend_v upon_o godliness_n and_o innocence_n of_o life_n and_o upon_o the_o only_a faith_n in_o jesus_n christ_n what_o pre-eminence_n then_o have_v the_o jew_n more_o than_o the_o gentile_a or_o what_o prevail_v it_o the_o jew_n to_o be_v circumcise_v see_v that_o godliness_n and_o faith_n make_v the_o uncircumcised_a as_o good_a with_o god_n as_o the_o circumcise_a â—ea_o and_o that_o also_o more_o be_v see_v the_o circumcision_n of_o a_o jew_n that_o offend_v make_v his_o cause_n worse_o yes_o very_o the_o jew_n have_v great_a pre-eminence_n first_o he_o may_v rejoice_v in_o that_o he_o be_v by_o nature_n call_v a_o jew_n to_o who_o proper_o the_o word_n of_o god_n be_v commit_v timo._n or_o else_o because_o that_o only_a the_o law_n and_o the_o prophet_n be_v catch_v to_o that_o nation_n either_o for_o this_o cause_n that_o god_n vouchsafe_v to_o be_v their_o instructor_n and_o teacher_n himself_o sure_o it_o be_v a_o honourable_a thing_n to_o be_v of_o that_o nation_n which_o god_n so_o high_o esteem_v and_o further_o the_o jew_n have_v pre-eminence_n because_o the_o same_o by_o reason_n of_o the_o say_a instructor_n goodness_n may_v be_v the_o ready_a to_o the_o true_a faith_n in_o jesus_n christ_n for_o as_o he_o be_v more_o near_o
the_o truth_n that_o know_v some_o part_n thereof_o so_o may_v the_o jew_n be_v which_o have_v moses_n and_o the_o prophet_n amongst_o they_o who_o be_v the_o proper_a trader_n and_o director_n of_o they_o to_o come_v to_o the_o light_n in_o jesus_n christ_n neither_o shall_v it_o be_v any_o doubtfulness_n to_o the_o faithful_a for_o they_o to_o be_v partaker_n of_o the_o goodness_n of_o god_n
