any_o law_n custom_n or_o usage_n to_o the_o contrary_a notwithstanding_o it_o be_v order_v by_o this_o court_n and_o the_o authority_n thereof_o that_o no_o man_n shall_v henceforth_o kill_v any_o cod_n fish_n hake_n hadduck_n or_o polluck_n to_o be_v dry_v for_o sale_n in_o the_o month_n of_o december_n or_o january_n because_o of_o their_o spaw_a time_n nor_o any_o mackerel_n to_o barrel_n up_o in_o the_o month_n of_o may_n or_o june_n spawn_n no_o fish_n to_o be_v kill_v when_o they_o go_v to_o spawn_n under_o penalty_n of_o pay_v five_o shilling_n for_o each_o quintal_n of_o fish_n and_o five_o shilling_n for_o each_o barrel_n of_o mackerel_n nor_o shall_v any_o fisherman_n cast_v the_o garbage_n of_o the_o fish_n the_o catch_v overboard_o at_o or_o near_o the_o ledge_n or_o the_o loss_n of_o the_o same_o the_o one_o half_a to_o the_o informer_n and_o the_o other_o half_a to_o the_o use_n of_o the_o country_n and_o any_o magistrate_n or_o county_n court_n be_v empower_v to_o act_v herein_o to_o all_o intent_n and_o purpose_n for_o the_o execution_n of_o this_o law_n whereas_o by_o the_o blessing_n of_o god_n the_o trade_n of_o fish_v have_v be_v advantageous_a to_o this_o country_n which_o be_v like_a to_o be_v much_o impair_v by_o the_o use_n of_o turtooda_n salt_n which_o leave_v spot_n upon_o the_o fish_n by_o reason_n of_o shell_n and_o trash_n in_o it_o for_o prevention_n thereof_o salt_n to_o prevent_v damage_n by_o salt_a fish_n with_o turtoodas_n salt_n this_o court_n do_v order_n and_o be_v it_o hereby_o enact_v that_o all_o such_o fish_n that_o
