any_o information_n in_o any_o of_o the_o court_n of_o record_n without_o the_o consent_n of_o i_o m_n first_o have_v and_o the_o say_v r_o r_n covenant_v etc._n etc._n that_o he_o the_o say_v r_n nor_o any_o other_o for_o he_o or_o in_o his_o behalf_n shall_v not_o at_o any_o time_n or_o time_n hereafter_o during_o the_o term_n abovesaid_a compound_n or_o agree_v with_o any_o person_n or_o to_o the_o order_n of_o the_o law_n in_o any_o of_o the_o say_a court_n of_o record_n or_o in_o ride_v or_o travel_v about_o the_o same_o information_n forfeiture_n or_o seizure_n or_o in_o search_v or_o seek_v for_o matter_n or_o occasion_n that_o shall_v concern_v the_o same_o information_n forfeiture_n seizure_n or_o any_o and_o every_o of_o they_o viz._n pound_n for_o pound_n shilling_n for_o shilling_n and_o penny_n for_o peny_n proceed_n and_o also_o to_o give_v a_o true_a and_o just_a account_n each_o to_o other_o of_o their_o proceed_n as_o due_a occasion_n shall_v serve_v in_o that_o behalf_n and_o also_o that_o he_o the_o say_v r_z r_z shall_v and_o will_v render_v and_o give_v unto_o the_o say_v i_o m_o a_o just_a and_o true_a account_n of_o all_o his_o do_n and_o proceed_n in_o and_o about_o the_o premise_n and_o shall_v make_v even_o and_o pay_v the_o say_v i_o or_o at_o the_o least_o agree_v with_o the_o say_v i_o concern_v the_o payment_n to_o be_v due_a upon_o all_o or_o seizure_n to_o be_v exhibit_v the_o say_v r_o r_n covenant_v etc._n etc._n that_o he_o the_o say_v r_n r_o shall_v render_v and_o pay_v unto_o the_o say_v i_o m_n or_o his_o assign_v the_o just_a moiety_n or_o one_o half_a of_o all_o such_o sum_n and_o sum_n of_o money_n as_o shall_v arise_v come_v and_o grow_v and_o be_v receive_v by_o order_n of_o law_n by_o reason_n of_o all_o and_o every_o or_o any_o information_n or_o information_n forfeiture_n or_o seizure_n to_o be_v exhibit_v by_o the_o say_v r_n and_o i_o or_o either_o of_o they_o as_o be_v aforesaid_a or_o that_o shall_v be_v obtain_v or_o get_v by_o any_o agreement_n to_o be_v make_v concern_v any_o of_o the_o information_n forfeiture_n or_o seizure_n the_o portion_n of_o etc._n etc._n be_v reserve_v and_o deduct_v and_o that_o the_o say_a moiety_n of_o the_o premise_n so_o to_o be_v due_a to_o the_o say_v i_o m_n shall_v be_v deliver_v to_o the_o say_v i_o m_n or_o his_o assign_v by_o the_o say_v r_n or_o his_o assign_v always_o within_o the_o space_n of_o etc._n etc._n next_o after_o the_o say_v r_n shall_v have_v recover_v receive_v or_o obtain_v the_o say_a sum_n or_o sum_n of_o money_n or_o any_o of_o they_o by_o order_n of_o law_n or_o by_o agreement_n without_o fraud_n or_o covin_z life_n covin_z covenant_v not_o to_o deal_v with_o any_o other_o person_n in_o their_o co-partnership_n during_o life_n and_o the_o say_v r_o r_n covenant_v etc._n etc._n that_o he_o the_o say_v r_n r_o shall_v not_o meddle_v nor_o have_v to_o do_v with_o any_o other_o person_n or_o person_n but_o only_o with_o the_o say_v i_o m_n for_o or_o concern_v any_o information_n or_o etc._n etc._n by_o he_o the_o say_v r_o r_n to_o be_v exhibit_v or_o will_v or_o move_v to_o be_v etc._n etc._n during_o the_o aforesaid_a term_n of_o &c_n &c_n above_o specify_v the_o like_a covenant_n from_o i_o m_o to_o r._n furthermore_o whereas_o the_o say_v r_n r_n have_v already_o exhibit_v a_o information_n in_o the_o court_n call_v etc._n etc._n against_o one_o r_o f_o of_o etc._n etc._n as_o by_o the_o record_n of_o the_o same_o court_n appear_v now_o the_o say_v r_z r_z be_v content_v and_o do_v covenant_n etc._n etc._n that_o he_o the_o say_v i_o m_n shall_v have_v the_o just_a moiety_n or_o one_o half_a of_o all_o such_o sum_n or_o sum_n of_o money_n as_o shall_v arise_v come_v or_o grow_v account_n covenant_n that_o i_o m_o shall_v have_v half_o the_o profit_n of_o one_o information_n already_o exhibit_v by_o r_n r_n if_o i_o m_o will_v pay_v half_o the_o charge_n already_o disburse_v and_o after_o agree_v that_o i_o m_o shall_v put_v into_o the_o hand_n of_o r_o r_o the_o sum_n of_o etc._n etc._n for_o maintenance_n of_o suit_n until_o the_o next_o account_n and_o be_v receive_v by_o
