law_n it_o be_v authority_n though_o abuse_v and_o we_o must_v yield_v obedience_n to_o it_o either_o active_o or_o passive_o but_o we_o must_v inquire_v whether_o it_o be_v a_o power_n it_o be_v not_o because_o the_o man_n that_o be_v in_o authority_n command_v it_o except_o he_o command_v it_o by_o virtue_n of_o that_o authority_n which_o be_v according_a to_o the_o nature_n and_o condition_n of_o the_o fundamental_a constitution_n of_o the_o country_n where_o he_o live_v now_o in_o the_o primitive_a time_n they_o submit_v themselves_o to_o suffer_v when_o they_o can_v not_o diligent_o observe_v i_o hope_v we_o shall_v carry_v on_o all_o so_o as_o to_o speak_v modest_o and_o yet_o safe_o and_o full_o too_o i_o say_v therefore_o the_o law_n of_o man_n be_v different_a from_o the_o law_n of_o christ_n it_o be_v a_o part_n of_o the_o head-ship_n of_o christ_n to_o lay_v bond_n upon_o the_o conscience_n but_o what_o will_v you_o say_v then_o to_o that_o text_n of_o do_v not_o submit_v to_o authority_n they_o sin_n against_o their_o conscience_n etc._n etc._n you_o shall_v have_v many_o man_n that_o will_v jeer_v at_o those_o that_o be_v so_o conscionable_a in_o god_n command_n that_o seem_v to_o be_v but_o little_a thing_n and_o in_o themselves_o be_v little_a thing_n oh_o they_o dare_v not_o disobey_v because_o they_o be_v bind_v in_o conscience_n they_o will_v jeer_v at_o the_o scrupulosity_n of_o their_o conscience_n there_o but_o when_o it_o come_v to_o man_n command_n than_o they_o must_v obey_v in_o the_o least_o thing_n whatever_o it_o be_v though_o in_o its_o own_o nature_n it_o be_v never_o so_o indifferent_a yet_o they_o must_v obey_v for_o conscience_n sake_n i_o shall_v desire_v as_o full_o and_o as_o clear_o as_o i_o be_o able_a to_o satisfy_v conscience_n in_o this_o very_a thing_n to_o open_v therefore_o that_o scripture_n unto_o you_o first_o you_o must_v observe_v that_o every_o one_o be_v bind_v to_o be_v subject_a to_o prudence_n to_o the_o public_a good_a to_o the_o good_a of_o the_o community_n of_o which_o we_o be_v member_n and_o there_o we_o be_v bind_v to_o obey_v for_o conscience_n sake_n but_o still_o this_o not_o according_a to_o that_o obedience_n we_o owe_v to_o christ_n our_o head_n this_o be_v secondary_o not_o primary_o because_o command_v by_o man_n but_o because_o the_o rule_n of_o justice_n and_o prudence_n do_v require_v this_o for_o the_o public_a good_a of_o which_o we_o be_v a_o community_n and_o then_o because_o there_o come_v
and_o make_v we_o look_v up_o to_o free_a grace_n not_o take_v we_o off_o from_o the_o practice_n of_o any_o but_o from_o rely_v upon_o any_o only_o to_o rely_v upon_o free_a grace_n in_o christ_n as_o this_o be_v the_o supernatural_a seek_v god_n so_o it_o be_v the_o most_o powerful_a way_n of_o seek_v he_o it_o be_v not_o enough_o to_o seek_v god_n by_o virtue_n of_o a_o promise_n except_o we_o seek_v he_o by_o virtue_n of_o christ_n who_o be_v the_o foundation_n of_o all_o the_o promise_n we_o seek_v he_o because_o he_o be_v merciful_a that_o be_v one_o way_n yea_o we_o seek_v he_o
