herein_o the_o heart_n of_o the_o people_n run_v away_o from_o they_o like_o sheep_n who_o have_v no_o shepherd_n all_o grievance_n be_v occasion_v either_o by_o the_o covetous_a will_n of_o state-officer_n who_o neglect_v their_o obedience_n to_o the_o good_a law_n and_o then_o prefer_v their_o own_o ease_n honour_n and_o riches_n before_o the_o ease_n and_o freedom_n of_o the_o oppress_a people_n and_o here_o a_o parliament_n be_v to_o cashier_v and_o punish_v those_o officer_n and_o place_v other_o who_o be_v man_n of_o public_a spirit_n in_o their_o room_n or_o else_o and_o prerogative_n be_v to_o be_v in_o the_o eye_n of_o the_o law_n maker_n the_o oppress_a commoner_n can_v never_o enjoy_v commonwealth_n freedom_n thereby_o yet_o by_o the_o wisdom_n courage_n faithfulness_n and_o industry_n of_o some_o parliament_n man_n the_o commoner_n have_v receive_v here_o a_o line_n and_o there_o a_o line_n of_o freedom_n insert_v into_o their_o law_n as_o those_o
