process_n etc._n etc._n and_o this_o be_v plain_a enough_o by_o the_o word_n themselves_o if_o serious_o observe_v and_o right_o understand_v for_o take_v they_o as_o they_o run_v and_o they_o carry_v have_v of_o a_o admiralty_n by_o themselves_o as_o absolute_o and_o clear_o the_o cinque-port_n have_v see_v that_o the_o lord_n high_a admiral_n of_o england_n have_v that_o jurisdiction_n of_o the_o main_a sea_n together_o with_o all_o port_n not_o so_o privilege_v and_o it_o can_v be_v less_o necessary_a for_o all_o the_o other_o port_n to_o have_v all_o their_o business_n agitate_a therein_o
