do_v not_o alter_v the_o case_n nor_o make_v that_o legal_a which_o in_o itself_o be_v illegal_a he_o be_v concern_v to_o judge_v right_a and_o exercise_v no_o authority_n but_o what_o he_o may_v because_o there_o be_v a_o superior_a judge_n even_o of_o sovereign_a prince_n and_o then_o which_o be_v consequent_a upon_o all_o 5._o that_o this_o be_v not_o a_o trust_n vest_v in_o or_o grant_v to_o the_o king_n by_o the_o people_n but_o be_v the_o ancient_a remain_v of_o the_o sovereign_a power_n and_o prerogative_n of_o the_o king_n of_o england_n which_o never_o yet_o be_v take_v from_o
