book_n of_o rate_n anent_o the_o custom_n and_o consent_v that_o commission_n shall_v be_v grant_v to_o the_o exchequer_n to_o establish_v the_o book_n of_o rate_n according_a as_o the_o price_n of_o merchandise_n now_o rule_v in_o respect_n whereof_o our_o sovereign_a lord_n ordain_v a_o commission_n to_o be_v draw_v up_o to_o the_o exchequer_n to_o the_o effect_n foresay_a and_o extract_v thereupon_o for_o establish_v the_o book_n of_o rate_n according_a as_o the_o price_n of_o merchandise_n now_o rule_v and_o therefore_o our_o sovereign_a lord_n with_o advice_n and_o consent_n foresay_a ordain_v the_o act_n abovementioned_a to_o stand_v as_o a_o law_n in_o manner_n and_o to_o the_o effect_n above-rehearsed_n lviii_o act_n in_o favour_n of_o these_o who_o get_v their_o ward-holding_a change_v by_o the_o king_n majesty_n the_o estate_n of_o parliament_n have_v take_v to_o consideration_n that_o some_o difficulty_n have_v occur_v in_o the_o prosecution_n of_o his_o majesty_n royal_a father_n intention_n of_o change_v of_o ward-holdings_a in_o few_o for_o the_o well_o of_o his_o subject_n conform_v to_o the_o two_o commission_n grant_v by_o his_o say_a majesty_n thereanent_fw-la under_o the_o great_a seal_n of_o this_o kingdom_n and_o that_o the_o say_a difficulty_n have_v rise_v upon_o this_o ground_n that_o diverse_a of_o his_o majesty_n subject_n hold_v land_n of_o his_o majesty_n or_o of_o the_o prince_n ward_n or_o few_o cum_fw-la maritagio_fw-la hold_v also_o other_o land_n of_o other_o superior_n ward_n who_o whilst_o their_o vassal_n hold_v land_n ward_n or_o few_o cum_fw-la maritagio_fw-la of_o his_o majesty_n or_o of_o the_o prince_n can_v pretend_v no_o right_n to_o the_o marriage_n of_o the_o vassal_n heir_n when_o the_o same_o shall_v be_v change_v in_o few_o and_o composition_n and_o a_o yearly_a few-duty_n be_v grant_v to_o his_o majesty_n or_o the_o prince_n for_o the_o say_a ward_n and_o marriage_n the_o other_o superior_n of_o the_o say_a vassal_n of_o who_o he_o hold_v ward_n may_v contend_v for_o the_o benefit_n of_o the_o casuality_n of_o the_o marriage_n of_o his_o vassal_n heir_n when_o the_o same_o fall_v out_o he_o be_v the_o vassal_n elder_a superior_n of_o who_o he_o hold_v ward_n which_o be_v grievous_a to_o the_o vassal_n who_o by_o this_o new_a course_n of_o change_v of_o his_o hold_n have_v compon_v both_o for_o ward_n and_o marriage_n therefore_o it_o be_v statute_n and_o ordain_v by_o the_o king_n majesty_n with_o advice_n and_o consent_n of_o his_o estate_n of_o parliament_n that_o all_o vassal_n hold_v ward_n of_o his_o majesty_n or_o the_o prince_n or_o hold_v few_o cum_fw-la maritagio_fw-la who_o shall_v hereafter_o compone_v and_o agree_v with_o the_o commissioner_n to_o be_v appoint_v by_o his_o majesty_n for_o change_v of_o their_o holding_n from_o ward_n to_o few_o or_o for_o renunciation_n of_o the_o marriage_n contain_v in_o their_o few-infeftments_a their_o heir_n and_o successor_n in_o the_o said_n land_n shall_v be_v free_a of_o the_o marriage_n that_o can_v be_v acclaim_v by_o their_o superior_n of_o the_o land_n hold_v by_o they_o of_o their_o say_n other_o superior_n ward_n and_o that_o the_o say_n other_o superior_n shall_v have_v no_o right_n to_o the_o marriage_n of_o their_o heir_n when_o the_o same_o fall_v out_o no_o more_o than_o they_o will_v have_v have_v if_o the_o land_n hold_v ward_n of_o his_o majesty_n or_o the_o prince_n have_v continue_v still_o ward_n but_o that_o the_o say_n vassal_n who_o hold_v shall_v be_v change_v or_o who_o shall_v compone_v for_o their_o marriage_n as_o say_v be_v their_o heir_n and_o successor_n shall_v
