king_n and_o queen_n presence_n that_o if_o any_o member_n of_o the_o house_n of_o peer_n or_o commons_o do_v any_o thing_n contrary_a to_o this_o act_n or_o shall_v offend_v in_o any_o of_o the_o case_n aforesaid_a such_o member_n shall_v be_v thenceforth_o judge_v a_o popish_a recusant_n convict_v and_o shall_v be_v disable_v to_o hold_v or_o execute_v any_o office_n in_o any_o of_o his_o majesty_n dominion_n and_o likewise_o to_o sit_v and_o â—ote_v in_o either_o house_n of_o parliament_n or_o make_v his_o proxy_n in_o the_o house_n of_o peer_n or_o in_o prosecute_v any_o suit_n in_o
