horrid_a and_o detestable_a act_n in_o breach_n of_o their_o trust_n they_o have_v much_o blemish_v the_o honour_n and_o credit_n of_o the_o navigation_n and_o mariner_n of_o this_o kingdom_n and_o as_o much_o as_o in_o they_o lie_v betray_v the_o public_a interest_n and_o liberty_n thereof_o and_o retard_v those_o end_n of_o a_o happy_a peace_n which_o the_o parliament_n have_v ever_o pursue_v and_o now_o be_v more_o especial_o employ_v in_o and_o although_o both_o house_n of_o parliament_n have_v after_o a_o act_n of_o indemnity_n already_o offer_v good_a reason_n for_o to_o proceed_v in_o the_o reduce_n of_o they_o by_o force_n yet_o to_o the_o end_n it_o may_v appear_v that_o the_o parliament_n do_v as_o much_o as_o in_o they_o lie_v seek_v to_o prevent_v the_o effusion_n of_o blood_n the_o say_a lord_n and_o commons_o do_v hereby_o offer_v and_o declare_v that_o if_o the_o seaman_n officer_n and_o commander_n on_o board_n the_o say_a ship_n shall_v within_o twenty_o day_n after_o publication_n hereof_o or_o forthwith_o upon_o notice_n give_v they_o by_o the_o lord_n admiral_n or_o such_o other_o person_n or_o person_n as_o he_o shall_v appoint_v render_v themselves_o and_o the_o ship_n wherein_o they_o be_v to_o the_o parliament_n obedience_n and_o bring_v they_o into_o some_o port_n under_o the_o command_n of_o the_o parliament_n the_o person_n so_o submit_v shall_v be_v indemnify_v in_o their_o person_n and_o estate_n any_o former_a act_n of_o they_o notwithstanding_o but_o if_o they_o shall_v after_o the_o say_a time_n prefix_v expire_v persist_v still_o in_o their_o disobedience_n than_o the_o house_n will_v proceed_v to_o the_o reduce_n of_o they_o by_o force_n and_o doubt_v not_o of_o a_o good_a success_n by_o the_o blessing_n of_o almighty_a god_n hope_v that_o every_o true-hearted_a english_a man_n will_v contribute_v his_o uttermost_a assistance_n to_o this_o work_n especial_o the_o merchant_n and_o owner_n of_o ship_n they_o be_v principal_o interest_v in_o the_o consequence_n thereof_o it_o be_v to_o be_v expect_v that_o the_o revolter_n will_v endeavour_v to_o maintain_v their_o defection_n by_o rapine_n and_o violence_n and_o for_o the_o encouragement_n of_o seaman_n to_o engage_v themselves_o herein_o the_o lord_n and_o commons_o do_v promise_n and_o declare_v that_o such_o seaman_n as_o shall_v so_o engage_v and_o use_v their_o best_a endeavour_n in_o this_o so_o honourable_a a_o work_n shall_v have_v two_o month_n wage_n extraordinary_a due_o pay_v they_o as_o soon_o as_o the_o say_a ship_n shall_v be_v by_o they_o reduce_v and_o bring_v into_o port_n and_o it_o be_v last_o declare_v that_o not_o only_o the_o person_n on_o board_n the_o say_a ship_n who_o shall_v notwithstanding_o this_o offer_n of_o indemnity_n
