or_o cast_v upon_o they_o and_o become_v they_o according_o to_o the_o common_a rule_n of_o justice_n from_o principle_n of_o nature_n and_o reason_n as_o have_v be_v show_v so_o much_o less_o in_o the_o mean_a time_n in_o be_v serviceable_a to_o their_o country_n shall_v they_o act_v in_o any_o other_o capacity_n then_o as_o good_a commonwealth_n man_n and_o as_o be_v involve_v in_o the_o same_o common_a interest_n with_o other_o of_o that_o nation_n or_o society_n whereof_o they_o be_v a_o part_n their_o saintship_n may_v fit_v they_o for_o their_o trust_n and_o in_o election_n may_v bespeak_v they_o to_o it_o by_o way_n of_o merit_n but_o not_o entitle_v they_o to_o any_o place_n or_o power_n in_o commonwealth_n the_o kingdom_n of_o christ_n be_v not_o of_o this_o world_n nor_o that_o these_o shall_v be_v both_o true_a of_o the_o whole_a it_o can_v be_v and_o all_o be_v not_o break_v off_o in_o the_o apostle_n time_n but_o some_o of_o the_o branch_n be_v cut_v off_o v._o 17._o and_o blindness_n do_v happen_v to_o israel_n not_o whole_o but_o in_o part_n v._o 25._o nor_o be_v it_o otherwise_o at_o this_o day_n and_o as_o when_o he_o say_v of_o the_o whole_a people_n that_o they_o be_v cast_v away_o and_o enemy_n it_o be_v mean_v of_o the_o whole_a only_o in_o respect_n of_o that_o refuse_v part_n which_o persist_v in_o unbelief_n so_o when_o he_o say_v of_o the_o whole_a that_o they_o be_v holy_a and_o belove_a it_o must_v be_v mean_v of_o the_o whole_a only_o in_o respect_n of_o that_o better_a part_n which_o either_o have_v believe_v or_o shall_v afterward_o believe_v nor_o be_v there_o cause_v it_o shall_v seem_v strange_a that_o the_o apostle_n when_o he_o say_v the_o lump_n be_v holy_a shall_v refer_v to_o they_o who_o be_v yet_o unborn_a and_o so_o can_v be_v actual_o holy_a if_o it_o be_v consider_v that_o the_o covenant_n to_o which_o the_o apostle_n have_v relation_n in_o that_o place_n be_v make_v not_o only_o to_o person_n then_o in_o be_v but_o also_o unto_o all_o posterity_n and_o that_o the_o lump_n of_o which_o he_o speak_v be_v of_o the_o same_o extent_n and_o so_o to_o be_v understand_v as_o well_o when_o he_o say_v the_o jew_n do_v with_o one_o another_o in_o the_o communion_n of_o the_o church_n in_o the_o ordinance_n of_o the_o worship_n as_o confessor_n and_o the_o church-relation_n to_o be_v build_v upon_o confession_n and_o the_o ordinance_n give_v to_o they_o not_o as_o believer_n only_o but_o as_o confessor_n matth._n 16._o 16_o 17_o 17_o 19_o upon_o this_o it_o be_v that_o hypocrite_n also_o be_v receive_v by_o the_o saint_n when_o unknown_a to_o the_o same_o external_a privilege_n with_o themselves_o because_o they_o also_o be_v confessor_n of_o christ_n not_o that_o they_o have_v any_o right_a to_o claim_v any_o of_o they_o though_o the_o church_n have_v warrant_v to_o give_v they_o unto_o such_o be_v claim_v by_o they_o they_o take_v they_o at_o their_o own_o peril_n the_o people_n of_o god_n do_v testament_n to_o the_o church_n to_o be_v a_o disposer_n or_o dispenser_n of_o civil_a power_n his_o kingdom_n be_v not_o of_o this_o world_n as_o have_v be_v show_v this_o promise_n therefore_o speak_v not_o what_o the_o church_n shall_v do_v but_o what_o god_n the_o most_o high_a will_v do_v who_o rule_v in_o the_o kingdom_n of_o man_n and_o give_v it_o to_o whosoever_o he_o will_n dan._n 4._o 17._o second_o yet_o because_o what_o god_n do_v in_o this_o matter_n he_o do_v it_o by_o man_n and_o by_o saint_n too_o among_o other_o although_o not_o in_o a_o church_n capacity_n for_o a_o
