conceive_v that_o the_o roman_a catholic_a native_n in_o ireland_n may_v have_v the_o like_a office_n and_o place_n as_o the_o roman_a catholic_n native_n of_o england_n here_o have_v and_o not_o otherwise_o howbeit_o we_o conceive_v that_o in_o the_o generality_n they_o have_v not_o deserve_v so_o much_o by_o their_o late_a rebellion_n therefore_o we_o see_v not_o why_o they_o shall_v be_v endow_v with_o any_o new_a or_o further_a capacity_n or_o privilege_n than_o they_o have_v by_o the_o law_n and_o statute_n now_o in_o force_n in_o that_o kingdom_n 9_o propos_fw-fr that_o the_o
