council_n who_o be_v please_v to_o determine_v that_o the_o magistrate_n of_o edinburgh_n shall_v pay_v the_o house-dues_a of_o prisoner_n incarcerate_v for_o murder_n theft_n and_o such_o crime_n but_o that_o both_o their_o aliment_n and_o the_o house-dues_a of_o prisoner_n on_o account_n and_o by_o order_n of_o the_o government_n shall_v be_v defray_v by_o the_o public_a and_o recommend_v
