defective_a in_o some_o point_v necessary_a for_o the_o carry_v on_o of_o the_o intend_a final_a settlement_n and_o not_o clear_o enough_o determine_v and_o provide_v for_o by_o this_o act_n the_o commissioner_n or_o any_o three_o or_o more_o of_o they_o shall_v and_o may_v by_o write_v under_o their_o hand_n and_o seal_n acquaint_v the_o lord_n lieutenant_n or_o other_o chief_a governor_n and_o governor_n of_o ireland_n and_o council_n there_o for_o the_o time_n be_v with_o their_o proceed_n and_o the_o doubt_n arise_v thereupon_o and_o the_o defect_n appear_v in_o this_o present_a act_n and_o such_o order_n of_o amendment_n enlargement_n of_o period_n explanation_n or_o direction_n as_o shall_v be_v thereupon_o make_v by_o the_o lord_n lieutenant_n or_o other_o chief_a the_o say_a act_n and_o act_n of_o council_n be_v make_v within_o the_o say_v two_o year_n and_o enrol_v in_o the_o high_a court_n of_o chancery_n and_o be_v it_o further_o enact_v by_o the_o authority_n aforesaid_a that_o the_o time_n and_o space_n of_o two_o year_n to_o be_v compute_v from_o the_o day_n of_o the_o first_o sit_v of_o the_o commissioner_n for_o execution_n of_o this_o act_n shall_v be_v and_o be_v hereby_o allot_v unto_o the_o say_a commissioner_n for_o put_v this_o act_n in_o execution_n and_o for_o performance_n of_o the_o several_a matter_n and_o thing_n hereby_o entrust_v to_o they_o and_o in_o case_n the_o same_o shall_v not_o then_o be_v finish_v it_o shall_v and_o may_v be_v lawful_a for_o the_o lord_n lieutenant_n or_o other_o chief_a governor_n or_o governor_n of_o ireland_n and_o council_n there_o for_o the_o time_n be_v to_o enlarge_v the_o time_n for_o the_o end_n and_o purpose_n aforesaid_a to_o such_o other_o and_o further_a period_n as_o they_o by_o any_o act_n of_o council_n and_o enrol_v in_o the_o chancery_n of_o ireland_n shall_v think_v fit_a to_o declare_v so_o as_o such_o enlargement_n of_o time_n exceed_v not_o the_o
