c_o r_o diev_n et_fw-fr mon_fw-fr droit_n honi_fw-fr soit_fw-fr qvi_fw-fr mal_fw-fr y_fw-fr pense_fw-fr by_o the_o king_n a_o proclamation_n for_o take_v off_o the_o late_a restraint_n lay_v upon_o the_o ship_n of_o merchant_n and_o other_o from_o go_v to_o sea_n charles_n r._n his_o majesty_n by_o his_o order_n make_v in_o council_n upon_o the_o seven_o day_n of_o february_n last_o have_v lay_v a_o general_a imbargo_fw-mi upon_o all_o ship_n trade_n from_o this_o kingdom_n in_o such_o manner_n as_o be_v therein_o declare_v and_o have_v also_o since_o that_o time_n declare_v his_o further_a pleasure_n that_o no_o pass_n or_o protection_n for_o ship_n former_o grant_v by_o his_o royal_a highness_n shall_v be_v of_o any_o force_n or_o effect_n be_v now_o gracious_o please_v to_o take_v off_o the_o say_a restraint_n and_o have_v therefore_o think_v fit_a by_o advice_n of_o his_o privy_a council_n to_o publish_v this_o his_o royal_a proclamation_n hereby_o declare_v that_o it_o shall_v and_o may_v be_v lawful_a to_o and_o for_o all_o and_o every_o of_o his_o majesty_n love_v subject_n as_o well_o merchant_n as_o other_o to_o set_v out_o any_o ship_n to_o sea_n and_o to_o carry_v on_o their_o trade_n and_o commerce_n as_o full_o and_o ample_o as_o they_o can_v or_o may_v have_v do_v if_o no_o such_o restraint_n or_o imbargo_n have_v be_v make_v any_o thing_n in_o such_o restraint_n contain_v to_o the_o contrary_a notwithstanding_o and_o his_o majesty_n be_v further_o please_v to_o declare_v that_o all_o pass_n and_o protection_n for_o ship_n and_o mariner_n former_o grant_v by_o his_o royal_a highness_n lord_n high_a admiral_n of_o england_n or_o hereafter_o to_o be_v grant_v shall_v be_v of_o as_o full_a force_n and_o effect_v to_o all_o the_o intent_n and_o purpose_n therein_o contain_v as_o the_o same_o can_v have_v be_v if_o no_o such_o embargo_n have_v ever_o happen_v any_o former_a declaration_n of_o his_o majesty_n pleasure_n to_o the_o contrary_a in_o any_o wise_n notwithstanding_o give_v at_o his_o majesty_n court_n at_o whitehall_n this_o two_o and_o twenty_o day_n of_o may_n in_o the_o twenty_o four_o year_n of_o his_o majesty_n reign_n god_n save_v the_o king_n in_o the_o savoy_n print_v by_o the_o assign_v of_o john_n bill_n and_o christopher_n barker_n printer_n to_o the_o king_n most_o excellent_a majesty_n 1672._o
