which_o either_o be_v not_o gold_n or_o that_o be_v not_o cover_v with_o pure_a gold_n so_o it_o be_v not_o lawful_a that_o any_o thing_n shall_v be_v in_o the_o lively_a temple_n of_o our_o soul_n which_o be_v not_o either_o charity_n or_o over-guilded_n &_o deaurate_v with_o charity_n work_n therefore_o the_o servant_n of_o god_n shall_v not_o so_o much_o respect_n that_o he_o do_v as_o the_o end_n which_o he_o intend_v and_o destine_v it_o for_o for_o work_v very_o base_a and_o of_o low_a account_n be_v do_v for_o a_o excellent_a intent_n become_v most_o excellent_a and_o contrary_o for_o god_n do_v not_o so_o regard_v the_o body_n of_o the_o work_n as_o the_o soul_n of_o the_o intention_n which_o proceed_v of_o charity_n this_o be_v to_o imitate_v after_o a_o certain_a manner_n the_o most_o noble_a and_o most_o gracious_a love_n of_o the_o son_n of_o god_n who_o command_v in_o his_o gospel_n that_o we_o shall_v love_v after_o the_o same_o manner_n as_o he_o before_o love_v that_o be_v of_o pure_a good_a will_n and_o not_o for_o the_o cause_n of_o any_o profit_n and_o see_v that_o among_o the_o circumstance_n of_o charity_n which_o be_v in_o god_n this_o be_v most_o admirable_a he_o shall_v be_v the_o happy_a who_o in_o all_o the_o work_n that_o he_o do_v endevour_v to_o imitate_v this_o he_o that_o do_v thus_o let_v he_o assure_o believe_v that_o he_o be_v entire_o belove_v of_o god_n as_o be_v very_o like_a unto_o he_o in_o the_o perfection_n of_o beauty_n and_o purity_n of_o intent_n for_o similitude_n and_o likeness_n be_v wont_a to_o get_v and_o win_v love_n wherefore_o do_v let_v man_n turn_v his_o eye_n from_o all_o humane_a respect_n when_o he_o do_v good_a and_o let_v he_o have_v they_o fix_v upon_o god_n neither_o let_v he_o suffer_v that_o those_o work_n which_o be_v in_o so_o great_a reckon_n and_o price_n with_o god_n serve_v humane_a regard_n if_o a_o noble_a and_o a_o beautiful_a woman_n similitude_n worthy_a of_o a_o king_n bed_n shall_v be_v marry_v to_o a_o foul_a collyer_n it_o will_v move_v all_o to_o compassion_n that_o behold_v she_o after_o the_o same_o manner_n and_o much_o more_o effectual_o shall_v he_o be_v move_v that_o see_v virtue_n worthy_a of_o god_n and_o divine_a reward_n to_o be_v make_v vassal_n to_o compass_v the_o dross_n &_o dung_n of_o this_o world_n god._n but_o because_o this_o pureness_n of_o intent_n be_v not_o so_o easy_o obtain_v let_v man_n desire_v it_o instant_o of_o god_n in_o all_o his_o prayer_n especial_o in_o that_o part_n of_o prayer_n which_o the_o lord_n himself_o teach_v his_o apostle_n where_o it_o be_v say_v thy_o will_v be_v do_v in_o earth_n as_o it_o be_v in_o heaven_n that_o as_o all_o the_o heavenly_a army_n do_v the_o will_n of_o god_n with_o a_o most_o pure_a intent_n only_o that_o they_o may_v please_v he_o so_o also_o let_v man_n as_o much_o as_o lie_v in_o he_o here_o in_o earth_n imitate_v that_o heavenly_a custom_n and_o stile_n not_o because_o beside_o that_o that_o we_o please_v god_n we_o may_v not_o come_v to_o his_o kingdom_n but_o because_o work_n be_v so_o much_o the_o more_o perfect_a as_o they_o be_v void_a and_o naked_a of_o all_o private_a and_o self_a commodity_n the_o sixth_o virtue_n be_v prayer_n by_o mean_n of_o which_o we_o ought_v to_o have_v recourse_n to_o our_o father_n in_o the_o time_n of_o tribulation_n prayer_n as_o child_n have_v who_o when_o they_o be_v fear_v or_o daunt_v forthwith_a run_v to_o the_o bosom_n and_o lap_n of_o their_o father_n we_o have_v need_n of_o this_o prayer_n that_o 〈◊〉_d â—ay_v have_v our_o father_n in_o continual_a remembrance_n and_o stand_v in_o his_o sight_n we_o may_v often_o converse_v and_o have_v conference_n with_o he_o for_o all_o these_o thing_n be_v annex_v to_o the_o bond_n and_o duty_n of_o a_o good_a son_n towards_o his_o father_n but_o because_o the_o use_n and_o necessity_n of_o this_o virtue_n be_v know_v to_o every_o body_n see_v we_o labour_v to_o be_v brief_a in_o this_o place_n we_o will_v speak_v no_o further_o of_o it_o thanksgiving_a the_o seven_o virtue_n be_v give_v of_o thanks_o to_o which_o belong_v to_o have_v always_o
