dispensation_n whereby_o they_o have_v leave_v the_o ministry_n so_o marveilous_o unprovided_a and_o so_o beggarly_a as_o that_o in_o some_o place_n there_o be_v to_o be_v find_v many_o parish_n together_o whereof_o all_o the_o live_n that_o now_o remain_v to_o they_o be_v not_o sufficient_a for_o the_o competent_a maintenance_n of_o one_o man_n and_o his_o family_n which_o lamentable_a estate_n of_o our_o church_n deter_v many_o from_o undertake_v that_o holy_a and_o honourable_a function_n who_o have_v sufficient_a gift_n see_v the_o ministry_n oppress_v with_o beggary_n and_o subject_a to_o other_o discredit_n and_o inconvenience_n arise_v thereof_o bestow_v themselves_o in_o some_o other_o lawful_a call_n wherein_o they_o may_v be_v able_a to_o live_v in_o wealth_n and_o credit_n by_o which_o mean_v the_o unsufficient_a and_o unlearned_a ministry_n seize_v upon_o the_o possession_n of_o the_o church_n to_o the_o infinite_a hindrance_n of_o the_o gospel_n to_o the_o increase_n &_o strengthen_v of_o popery_n and_o the_o loss_n of_o thousand_o of_o soul_n which_o christ_n jesus_n thy_o dear_a son_n have_v buy_v with_o his_o precious_a blood_n alas_o alas_o that_o the_o poor_a parish_n according_a unto_o thy_o ordinance_n give_v the_o tithe_n of_o all_o they_o have_v to_o have_v a_o man_n of_o god_n among_o they_o who_o may_v teach_v they_o the_o right_a way_n to_o serve_v and_o honour_v thou_o and_o to_o save_v their_o soul_n alas_o i_o say_v that_o this_o tithe_n shall_v be_v take_v away_o and_o still_o detain_v by_o the_o greedy_a nabal_n &_o holdfast_n laban_n of_o the_o world_n and_o apply_v to_o profane_a use_n leave_v the_o poor_a spoil_v of_o their_o good_n and_o the_o whole_a parish_n unfurnished_a of_o one_o who_o shall_v be_v their_o guide_n to_o everlasting_a life_n by_o which_o devilish_a covetousness_n they_o make_v themselves_o guilty_a not_o only_o of_o the_o horrible_a sin_n of_o sacrilege_n and_o of_o the_o robbery_n of_o the_o good_n of_o the_o people_n but_o also_o questionless_a of_o the_o destruction_n of_o many_o the_o usand_fw-mi soul_n in_o take_v &_o detain_v from_o they_o the_o mean_n whereby_o they_o may_v be_v teach_v unto_o salvation_n alas_o that_o for_o any_o cause_n so_o many_o soul_n of_o thy_o people_n shall_v perish_v thou_o do_v not_o delight_v in_o the_o death_n of_o a_o sinner_n and_o thou_o can_v do_v whatsoever_o thou_o will_v both_o in_o heaven_n and_o in_o earth_n thou_o mannage_a the_o heart_n of_o king_n &_o command_v the_o ruler_n of_o the_o peâ—ple_n incline_v i_o beseech_v thou_o the_o royal_a hart_n of_o our_o king_n o_o lord_n and_o of_o the_o peer_n and_o noble_n of_o this_o kingdom_n now_o assemble_v together_o to_o take_v pity_n upon_o the_o miserably-distressed_n soul_n of_o thy_o child_n that_o by_o thy_o special_a favour_n and_o grace_n they_o may_v find_v out_o some_o reasonable_a mean_n whereby_o every_o parish_n may_v recover_v their_o own_o again_o to_o the_o mainetenance_n of_o a_o worthy_a minister_n among_o they_o behold_v o_o heavenly_a father_z thy_o child_n in_o many_o place_n of_o this_o land_n cry_v for_o bread_n even_o for_o the_o bread_n of_o life_n and_o there_o be_v no_o man_n that_o break_v it_o unto_o they_o the_o tongue_n of_o many_o cleave_v to_o their_o roof_n for_o thirst_n be_v ready_a to_o perish_v and_o no_o man_n give_v they_o the_o water_n of_o life_n to_o quicken_v their_o soul_n we_o cry_v unto_o thou_o o_o lord_n thou_o be_v our_o father_z harken_v unto_o the_o tear_n of_o thy_o child_n and_o gracious_o grant_v our_o request_n even_o for_o thy_o dear_a son_n jesus_n christ_n his_o sake_n who_o have_v shed_v his_o most_o precious_a hartblood_n for_o our_o redemption_n so_o shall_v the_o save_v soul_n of_o
