commons_o there_o be_v some_o difference_n betwixt_o the_o commons_o and_o some_o of_o they_o that_o address_v afterward_o they_o have_v imprison_v several_a gentleman_n and_o other_o subject_n which_o they_o conceive_v then_o as_o perhaps_o they_o do_v still_o be_v illegal_a and_o unreasonable_a proceed_n and_o they_o be_v as_o capable_a of_o know_v their_o want_n of_o protection_n and_o as_o sensible_a of_o the_o danger_n and_o fear_n of_o further_a oppression_n as_o other_o man_n and_o therefore_o they_o ought_v to_o have_v be_v justify_v if_o they_o have_v beg_v those_o mean_n of_o relief_n and_o redress_n which_o the_o law_n have_v provide_v for_o they_o but_o yet_o they_o patient_o and_o silent_o expect_v the_o issue_n till_o god_n put_v it_o into_o his_o mejesties_n royal_a breast_n in_o who_o hand_n be_v the_o heart_n of_o king_n to_o declare_v these_o their_o proceed_n arbitrary_a and_o may_v they_o not_o then_o rise_v up_o and_o thank_v their_o sovereign_n for_o the_o favour_n he_o have_v show_v they_o it_o be_v hard_o to_o conceive_v upon_o this_o man_n principle_n they_o may_v not_o have_v petition_v his_o majesty_n for_o relief_n and_o redress_n before_o this_o time_n but_o yet_o no_o man_n do_v it_o and_o in_o relation_n to_o the_o difference_n betwixt_o his_o majesty_n and_o the_o commons_o and_o the_o upper_a and_o the_o low_a house_n what_o necessity_n be_v there_o that_o the_o addresser_n shall_v approve_v of_o they_o for_o though_o the_o commons_o be_v their_o representative_n and_o trustee_n the_o king_n be_v their_o sovereign_n and_o the_o lord_n be_v not_o alien_n and_o foreigner_n but_o the_o two_o high_a state_n of_o this_o our_o native_a country_n and_o although_o the_o addresser_n pretend_v no_o authority_n over_o that_o supreme_a court_n of_o jurisdiction_n yet_o what_o reason_n be_v there_o why_o they_o may_v not_o approve_v of_o what_o the_o lord_n have_v do_v well_o though_o the_o commons_o will_v not_o upon_o the_o whole_a therefore_o i_o crave_v leave_n to_o conclude_v that_o the_o addressor_n in_o general_n have_v do_v nothing_o but_o what_o may_v be_v fair_o justify_v and_o be_v necessary_a to_o satisfy_v his_o majesty_n and_o the_o world_n that_o there_o be_v a_o considerable_a part_n of_o the_o nation_n do_v not_o approve_v of_o what_o be_v
