honour_n the_o say_a doctor_n hugh_n chamberlain_n humble_o offer_v to_o the_o wisdom_n of_o this_o august_n assembly_n the_o follow_a proposal_n the_o proposal_n that_o a_o statute_n or_o law_n of_o this_o kingdom_n may_v be_v enact_v for_o nominate_v certain_a trustee_n or_o commissioner_n to_o be_v appoint_v now_o and_o from_o time_n to_o time_n by_o parliament_n &_o accountable_a thereunto_o
